VILLA FELICE is a portion of a lakefront villa located in the village San Felice del Benaco on Lake Garda. The flat is spacious and can accommodate up to eight guests. It is located on the ground floor and is surrounded by a wonderful flowery private garden and a spacious terrace furnished with table, chairs, rocking chair and barbecue from which to enjoy the splendid view of the lake. Inside there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with large table and living room with sofa bed. In the sleeping area there are three bedrooms, two of which have double beds and the third bedroom has a French bed and a single bed. There are also two bathrooms with shower cubicles. The property also has a basement where four bicycles of various sizes and beach chairs are stored for use during your stay. This property has waste separation guidelines. A cot and high chair are also available in this flat on request. Additional services include internet connection, TV, washing machine, heating, towels and bed linen.


Air conditioning is currently not available. Guests have direct access to the beach, with the possibility of pleasant walks along the lake and access to the lake's characteristic restaurants. Its location is noted for its proximity to the first services (supermarket, bar, restaurant, beaches), which are just 1 km to 2.5 km away, and the Verona Villafranca airport, only 49 km away.

San Felice del Benaco is a characteristic village surrounded by olive groves and vineyards on the west coast of Lake Garda, formerly known as Benàcus or Benàco. It borders Manerba to the south, Salò to the north and Puegnago del Garda to the west.

The territory includes the three small towns of San Felice, Portese and Cisano and constitutes a morainic promontory that juts out over Lake Garda between the gulf of Salò and the gulf of Manerba, bordered by Mount della Croce, Mount Campagnolo and Mount Santa Caterina. Surrounded by trekking and mountain bike trails, it gives nature lovers the chance to immerse themselves in fantastic views.

The municipality also includes Isola del Garda, which belonged to the Borghese Cavazza family and can be reached by scheduled excursions. A few kilometres away is also the beautiful Rabbit Island, a popular destination for lake tourists.
