As you enter the home, you ll be greeted by a large and comfortable living room with an L-sectional sofa, cozy gas fireplace, and a TV mounted above it, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The open floor plan allows for easy meal preparation in the well-stocked kitchen, which flows seamlessly into the dining room. Bar seating is also available for quick meals on-the-go before your daily adventures.
When it s time to retire for the night, retreat to the bedrooms where you ll find a luxurious master bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, and attached ensuite with a soaking bath tub to unwind after a long day. Two guest rooms feature queen beds, perfect for couples, while the fourth guest bedroom has two double beds, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to sleep.

THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels).
-San Diego Airport flight path runs over South Mission Bay. Airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am. The home is totally worth it!
-In accordance with the local Short Term Rental Ordinance, this home is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound). It is located in the main living area.
ATTENTION
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.
