DESCRIPTION
Step outside and you ll be just a few steps away from the sand, making it an ideal location for beach adventures for guests of all ages. After a day at the beach, unwind in our spacious outdoor area, perfect for lounging, dining al-fresco, or grilling up some delicious meals on warm summer afternoons. You ll love enjoying the stunning SoCal sunset with a glass of wine in hand!

As you enter the home, you ll be greeted by a large and comfortable living room with an L-sectional sofa, cozy gas fireplace, and a TV mounted above it, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The open floor plan allows for easy meal preparation in the well-stocked kitchen, which flows seamlessly into the dining room. Bar seating is also available for quick meals on-the-go before your daily adventures.

When it s time to retire for the night, retreat to the bedrooms where you ll find a luxurious master bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, and attached ensuite with a soaking bath tub to unwind after a long day. Two guest rooms feature queen beds, perfect for couples, while the fourth guest bedroom has two double beds, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to sleep.

-Smoking is not prohibited anywhere at the home including all exterior areas.
-No over-occupancy at any point during stay, all guests must be pre-approved by Coast.

THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels).
-San Diego Airport flight path runs over South Mission Bay. Airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am. The home is totally worth it!
-In accordance with the local Short Term Rental Ordinance, this home is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound). It is located in the main living area.

ATTENTION
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.

There is a 2 car attached garage. Dimensions: Small side: D 16.5' w 10' | Bigger side: D 18' w 7' | Door opening: W 189” h 82” | There is also limited additional street parking and parking lots a 4-5 block walk. Please be sure to follow all City Signs if parking on the street.

Family Beach Getaway
Perfect location and wonderful updated home. Kitchen is fully stocked. We were able to grill using the BBQ and have many meals outside on deck. Beach and bay were both minutes away walking. My two small dogs absolutely loved it as well as our whole family. Would stay again!!

FAB PLACE
This was a great property to stay at. Super to have three bedrooms and bathroom on one floor and super suite with bathroom and tub upstairs with a deck off the bathroom ;) Loved the kitchen that has a ton of counter space and cabinets galore. We had five adults and three little ones from 6 - 1 year and it was perfect. So appreciated the four portable fans available for our use. Quiet area at night which was so nice. Short walk to beach. And plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys for the kiddos. We will definitely head back to this property on our return visit to San Diego.

Great stay
Beautiful, clean property with a 1 minute walk to the beach. Belmont Park is a half mile walk. Lots of shops and restaurants walking distance. Sea world and the zoo are close as well. We had trouble with the fireplace and it was addressed quickly. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Wonderful location. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Beautiful Beach Bungalo
Located just 1 block off of Mission Beach, this home was the perfect spot for our family Christmas trip to San Diego. In addition to being spotlessly clean when we arrived, the unit was also well equipped with simple essentials to make us comfortable (dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel, new kitchen sponge, etc.). The kitchen is large and well designed with a convenient island for prep. The grill on the patio was new, clean and in great working order. There was a second propane tank next to the grill just in case we ran low. The master bedroom is a three-room suite [bedroom | sink, tub room | toilet, shower] with vaulted ceilings, an enormous tub and double sinks / vanity, and a very large shower. The three other bedrooms are on the main level and are large and nicely outfitted. The unit is located in a quiet neighborhood at the southern tip of Mission Beach, very near the permanent beach volley ball courts and the lifeguard station. Ideal for beach time with the family. Mission Beach is near the SD airport and depending on the prevailing winds can get some air traffic noise. We loved our stay, the host / owner was delightful and we look forward to returning the next time we are in SD.

Beautiful but extremely noisy house
First impressions of this house were great! House was clean and well-kept and is super close to the beach! We were looking forward to some rest and relaxation, but the room at the top level of this beautiful house was incredibly loud. We were not able to sleep at all. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation, ended up a stressful and frustrating one. Our standards are not usually this high, but when we paid a substantial amount of money for this house, we expected all of our needs to be met, and they weren’t. My husband has tinnitus and cannot wear ear plugs so he did not sleep more than a couple of hours at night. The planes were supposed to stop around 11:30pm, but didn’t until around 1:30am on Saturday… and during the day they were overhead and low and would fly over our heads every 5-10 minutes. It’s upsetting that the ad for this house downplays the airplane noises, when it was impossible to relax because of them!

AMAZING BEACHY GIRLS WEEKEND WITH THE KIDS!
We loved this home and had a great experience from start to finish! We arrived early and had rented some items for our baby and toddler from Baby’s Away and called to get the stroller early out of the home before the 4pm check in. We got an immediate response to our text and they had the stroller available for us within a half hour! The home is very comfortable and looks better in person than in the photos. The bedrooms are more spacious that the photos show. We loved the fully stocked kitchen and ate all but one meal in. There were lots of towels including beach towels for us to use. Although there’s no air conditioning, the windows have screens and there was always a nice breeze. Since we had little ones, the sound ordnance was helpful and the entire neighborhood was quiet as a mouse. We also got to see the fireworks everyday from Sea World from the upstairs window. The only problem we had while there was that the trash barrel was full when we arrived. I texted management and within the hour it was emptied. Also we forgot two of our little ones plush toys at the home. They found them and are mailing them to us! What a great home with excellent, responsive service! I highly recommend staying here.

Great family house
Short walk to the beach, beautiful home, stocked with everything you need. Kitchen is huge, loved using the BBQ outside on the patio. Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and 3 kids.

We slept comfortably! A 2 min walk yo the beach! Ther only down size is we drive a truck and It didn't fit in the garage . But we unloaded and parked in a lot a few minutes away. We would stay here again!!!

Perfect home in Mission Beach
This home had more than enough room for two families visiting the west coast. The location is a perfect walk to the beach and Belmont Park. So close to Pacific Beach and the downtown attractions. The home was nicely decorated and clean. Highly recommend!

Just spent 4 nights in this wonderful beach house with 2 adults and 6 kids. Super clean, lots of space, and just steps from the beach, I couldn’t believe how great this place is. I would go back in a heartbeat! No AC was not a problem, the house has lots of windows and the cool ocean breeze kept the house cool. (We stayed in August.) Loved being able to have a space to park, seriously, it was amazing. (Parking is limited down on this end of the beach) You can walk to food, and the park, and you’re just a few houses down from the beach. Highly recommend this home!
