We've meticulously designed this space with your vacation experience in mind, aiming to create a retreat for relaxation and convenience, while also providing countless kid-friendly options for families seeking the perfect getaway.
THE SPACE
The Main Attraction was thoughtfully designed to offer all the modern amenities while maintaining a welcoming yet playful atmosphere.
Upon arriving, you'll find convenient parking for two vehicles in the driveway, with plenty of street parking available for additional cars. The garage is reserved for owner storage. The inviting navy blue front door, equipped with a smart lock, allows for easy self check-in.
Upon entering you'll be welcomed by an expansive, open-concept space that seamlessly combines the dining area and kitchen. Picture yourself sharing a meal at the dining table that seats six. The kitchen island, with six bar stools, is ideal for casual dining and socializing. The living room, featuring a large sectional sofa, invites you to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The home is fully air-conditioned, ensuring your comfort throughout your stay.
COMFORTABLE AND SPACIOUS ACCOMODATIONS
Down the hallway from the front door, you'll discover:
Guest Room 1: A single-over-double bunk bed, dresser, and closet, perfect for kids.
Guest Room 2: A queen bed, dresser, bookshelf, sitting area, and closet, great for teenagers or adults.
Master Bedroom: A serene retreat at the end of the hallway, featuring a sitting area, ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo, walk-in closet, TV with streaming services, and a cozy sitting area.
Guest Room 3 / Playroom: Accessible via the backyard, this room offers additional space as a playroom, exercise room or an extra bedroom with a pull-out double bed, ideal for flexible family accommodations.
OUTDOOR OASIS
Slide open the large patio doors to reveal your private backyard retreat, perfect for keeping the fun going after returning from a full day of sightseeing. Enjoy al fresco dining with a BBQ, raised deck seating, a propane fire pit, and an eight-person dining table under an umbrella. The fully fenced yard features artificial grass, a children's playhouse, soccer goal, and a mounted basketball hoop, making it a paradise for both relaxation and play.
The backyard is also equipped with a shed fully stocked with several strollers, a pack 'n play, boogie boards, lawn games, and a beach wagon. There’s something for everyone in this versatile outdoor space, ensuring the kids are entertained while adults unwind.
GUEST ACCESS
You will have full and private access to the entire home. Rest assured, our hosts are here for you 24/7, ready to answer any questions or swiftly address any concerns that may arise during your stay. However, we understand the importance of your uninterrupted relaxation, so unless our presence is needed or requested in person, we respect your privacy to ensure you fully enjoy your stay without unnecessary interruptions.

Pet Policy and Approval Process: While we adore pets, their presence on the property, prior approval is required as well as an additional pet fee following the completion of your reservation.
Smoke-Free Environment: We maintain a strict no-smoking policy on the premises. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping The Main Attraction smoke-free.
Unauthorized Guests and Events: There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for unauthorized guests, parties, or gatherings on the property. Any violation of this policy, including the presence of unauthorized individuals or the hosting of events without prior written approval from the property owner, will result in immediate action, including contacting local law enforcement. The reservation will be terminated without a refund, and the guest may be held responsible for any damages or legal consequences.
Security and Surveillance: For the safety and security of the property, outdoor cameras are installed and in operation at all times. These cameras are located on the exterior of the property and do not monitor any interior spaces. Any attempt to tamper with, disable, or obstruct these cameras will result in the immediate termination of the reservation without a refund. Additionally, the guest may be subject to legal action for any damages or tampering with security equipment.
Community Consideration and Quiet Hours: Large groups or parties may not align with the respectful and harmonious atmosphere we aim to maintain for our neighbors. Please note that quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 10 am.
Safety Device Notification: If you notice any issues with the smoke or carbon monoxide detectors, please notify us immediately.
Property Safety and Security: Before setting out on adventures beyond the property, ensure that all doors, windows and gates are securely locked.
Fire Safety Reminder: For your safety, please refrain from leaving plug-in heaters on when you're not on the premises, as they pose a significant fire hazard.
Energy Conservation: To help conserve energy, kindly turn off all lights and the AC when you're not on the premises.
