This is a great place for nice easy-going people to stay and vacation.
A lot of thought was put into our custom build, with a focus on detail and design for families or mature couples.
The first floor is a great room with a full kitchen, plenty of eating areas including a kitchen bar and 6-person dining table. The living area has a new sofa sleeper, flat screen TV, and opens up to the large patio with a BBQ and outdoor dining table.
This floor also has one queen bedroom and a full bath (perfect for those who prefer to be on a single level). Up one flight of stairs is the “kids” room with full-sized bunk beds and a full trundle, as well as an attached full bath. Across the hall is the laundry area, and master bedroom with an on-suite bath and walk-in closet.
This is a condo unit. There is only one other condo unit in the building which is completely detached. There is no shared space. The separate condo is currently occupied by one gentleman. He is quiet and mellow, and there have not been any problems, however you may hear some noise. There is no shared patio space. The ground patio you see in the photo is all yours, no one else shares this patio. For parking the garage is reserved for the upper unit, and the side carport is for this unit you are looking to rent. Primary renter must be 30 years of age and be on site the whole stay.

* Feel good about the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower—this is unique to find in MB
* Clean, well-kept court, centrally located (close enough to walk to shops/restaurants)
* We provide all of the basic beach gear: chairs, umbrella, beach toys, towels
* This is a SMOKE Free property inside and out, even on the patio. Smoking is also prohibited on the beach.
Occupancy and Parking:
Note: It is mandatory that you tell us a little about who is in your group and why you are coming to Mission. We are FIRM on a max occupancy of 8 (the house accommodates a maximum of 5 adults, plus children). Our good neighbor policy makes us unfit for all young adults and parties, thanks for your cooperation. Unfortunately, we had to install a ring style camera to confirm occupancy. It is only on the outside, no cameras inside.
Paying guest (primary) must be 30 or older to book and must be onsite the whole visit. For example, an adult cannot book for their children when they are not going to be on-site.
Our tandem parking spot can technically fit 2 minivan sized vehicles; however, it is really tight on the sides. Smaller compact styles fit but it is still tight. Any Suburban sized truck will not fit. Please see photo of the parking spot--it is 90" wide, so we strongly encourage you to google the measurements of your car. There is street parking available, but make sure to read the street sweeping signs to avoid a parking ticket.
