This is a roomy condo in a perfect beach town location. Walking distance to beach, bay, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Accommodated our family of 5 and small dog wonderfully. We did have an issue with a broken AC unit and they ended up bringing 2 portable units to keep things cool. I would say the maintenance team moved a little slow, but we still enjoyed our stay.

Picked the wrong location

We found the property to be as described with very nice bedrooms and bathrooms however I should have researched the neighborhood more thoroughly ie Younger perhaps surfer oriented not upscale at all! We also felt the management was intrusive with phone calls, text messages and emails. Didnā€™t appreciate being charged for a two hour earlier check-in that was offered to us not requested.

Bad experience, very disappointed

After you complete reservation with Vrbo , host send message that reservation is Not confirmed till you resign new contract , should be illegal fraud. The night we checked in was power shortage wasnā€™t big deal for us , in morning we try to leave car was parked in building structure and gate will not be open , try to reach management but no one will respond , not even emergency number , reached Vrbo after they verify that management donā€™t respond Vrbo gave number of owner , owner was in church and didnā€™t see any intention to contact management to repair gate in building.

Sooooooo close to the beach.

This rental was exactly what we needed. Was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, so was easy to come and go. The beds are comfortable, lots of pillow options. I agree with other reviews that furniture and paint could use a touch up, but it was all cosmetic and honestly didnā€™t bother us. Would definitely return.

San Diego Family Trip

Our children loved this property! It gave them the room they needed to "get away" from each other and the space to be together. The property was clean and the amenities were just what we needed. We have 5 kids ranging in ages from one to 13. It is about a 3-5 minute walk to the beach and close to many eateries. We will definitely be back!!!

Great Location

This property was an excellent locationā€¦ one block to the beach and lots of great restaurants (and grocery store) nearby. The parking was a bonus! The property was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well supplied. The staff was easy to connect with and checked in by phone to answer any questions. We had a wonderful time here and would definitely stay here again.

Pros: -Location is great just one block off the beach -Very spacious condo -Newer condo -Nancyā€™s Vacation Rental great! -Clean Cons/Recommendations: -Needs a new paint job; walls are very dirty -Pots, pans, and some utensils need replacement; almost unusable they are so gross -Get rid of the 20-yr old sound system -Towels had huge stains -Some furniture needs replacement (i.e. desk chair, night stands in master) -Overall, there is wear and tear due to the condo being a short-term rental that the owner is not keeping up with We would stay again or try another condo in the same complex.

Great location

Loved the location of the property! Walking distance to a grocery store, the beach and many restaurants. Is driving distance to the zoo and many other attractions. It's a very spacious condo, lots of Room for 6 adults. We really loved it here. The only thing that could be fixed is some of the blinds, so you can open them and let some sunshine in. We would definitely stay here again if visiting California!!

6 of us stayed here for our son's graduation from USD, and the condo great. The location was perfect for enjoying Mission/Pacific Beach and Mission Bay, and within easy walking distance to Ralph's grocery store and numerous restaurants. The beds were all comfortable and the lay-out & fixtures of the kitchen and bathrooms were all very nice. Definitely would stay here again.

My family and I had a great visit for our week of vacation. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and nearby restaurants. Convenient coffee shop right below and a grocery store just down the street. Very clean unit.
