Below you will find details about our 3 bed/ 3 bath home, Pacific Blue #202, located in Mission Beach.

Enjoy the California beach lifestyle on your next family trip to San Diego. Pacific Blue #202 is located in a 3-floor, 18 unit building across from the surf and sand. It's the perfect, central location right on the corner where Pacific Beach meets Mission Beach! The open California-style kitchen comes with everything you need for dining in, including stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops, a dishwasher, and a dining table that seats 6. Spend quality time with your family in the spacious living room that comes with a flat screen TV and cable. This condo has central A/C, a rarity in coastal San Diego. There are ceiling fans in every bedroom too!

Catch a glimpse of the ocean across the way from the upper level guest bedroom and balcony. This well appointed condo has all the amenities you could need for a fun and comfortable stay including 2 assigned parking spaces in the underground, gated garage, washer and dryer in unit and 3 separate baths with shower and tub combos. The balcony is great for relaxing to the sight of the sunrise and sunset. The breakfast bar accommodates 4 guests, a perfect set-up for the kids! Outside the complex, you will find coffee shops, restaurants and shopping all just steps away! The convenient location is 2 miles from SeaWorld, 3 miles from Old Town, and just 7-9 miles from the Gaslamp District, Little Italy, and the world famous San Diego Zoo in lovely Balboa Park. Come enjoy all San Diego has to offer along with the best weather in the nation!

Vacation rentals in San Diego are for the most part, second homes for the owners. Therefore, some furniture or decor may differ from what is pictured because the owners needed or wanted to replace something. Professional photos are expensive and we can not re-photograph the rental every time something is changed but we do maintain the listing content with any notable furnishing changes especially related to sleeping arrangements. (*Please note: We do not give refunds because a piece of furniture or artwork has changed)

*NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood and, as such, is a NOISE SENSITIVE property. Respect must be shown for the property and neighbors at all times. No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the San Diego Police. Please review your rental agreement for complete details and rules about your home!

It is important for you to read all the details about your property. We highlight everything you need to know about your vacation rental in our listing, through emails, some home manuals, in-home signage and phone correspondence. We want our guests to feel prepared, informed and at ease while staying with us. We are always available if you have questions!

Upon confirming your booking, we will send you a rental agreement for your upcoming stay which you will need to complete. We will also contact you within 24 hours of the booking to obtain contact information and to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding your upcoming visit along with the House Rules & Rental Agreement. The check-in details will not be shared until the rental agreement has been signed.

Attention Guests: In addition to completing our electronic rental agreement, you will also be required to participate in our identity verification process. The service is offered through Autohost; an intelligent guest screening software that automates ID verifications, background and credit checks, security deposits and more, helping to improve guest experience and safety. Please note: for the credit card verification, a $2 hold will be placed on the card to run the report. This hold will never process and will fall off automatically within 7 days. Please contact us with any questions.

If you have never stayed in a vacation rental before, we are not a hotel, WE ARE BETTER! We offer many of the same luxuries of a hotel with the comfort and space of home to share with your whole family. Our property owners are our friends and we work with each owner to offer a special, specific and ideal environment for guests to experience and enjoy. All of our homes offer similar amenities so you can expect the same experience whenever staying with us.

With that said, we need you to do your part in helping us maintain each home. Please be attentive to ALL RESPONSIBILITIES as a guest of our home. Trash/Recycling, Check-out duties, Communication to management and Care of the home all help us give each guest and family a home to feel at home in. We like our guests to feel at home as soon as they arrive! We provide a 'starter kit' to help our guests get settled without needing to rush off to the store.

Our kits include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, linens, towels, kitchen sponges, dish soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener, dishwasher soap when applicable, trash bags, either Keurig coffee makers or standard coffee makers, extra blankets, sometimes extra pillows, extra sheets-for sleeper sofas, hair dryers, ironing boards, kitchens fully stocked-enough for max occupancy with some extra settings, toasters, some waffle makers, blenders, tool kits, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, co2/fire detectors, and most homes have heat available.

While on vacation, we want our guests to enjoy their vacation to the fullest and we feel in order for our guests to do this, they should also feel informed. Our emails serve to educate you on your vacation rental home, the surrounding area, responsibilities, what to expect and how to get in touch with us. We respect your privacy so our emails help provide you with all you need to know to reference as you please.

In addition, most of our properties have House Manuals detailing specific information about the property, amenities and responsibilities. Not to mention an awesome section on attractions, events, restaurants and more to help guide you during your stay in San Diego!

Please note our policies:

Holiday 2024 Policy:
6 night minimum AND Saturday check-in is REQUIRED during our holiday season (December 21-January 4). One reservation CANNOT take both holidays, unless it is a 2-week reservation. There are no arrivals OR departures on Christmas or New Year's Day.
*An arrival on a Friday or Sunday may be possible, please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you!

Summer 2024 Policy:
Beginning Memorial Day to Labor Day, Saturday to Saturday is required with 6-7 night reservations. On July 4th 2024, check-in or check-out is NOT permitted. An arrival on a Friday or Sunday may be possible, please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you.

Last Minute Booking Policy:
If a guest books with us directly or on any OTA such as Airbnb and VRBO, within 72 hours of arrival, verification credentials are required. By making a payment on the reservation, the guest agrees to comply with our last minute booking policy.

To properly vet a guest with such short notice requires the following; a “selfie” photo specifically of the booking guest's face and holding either a Driver's License, Passport or State ID photo under their chin. We are just looking for a name to match and the photo on the ID to match that of the person in the selfie. This can be sent by email or text to our company email address. Additionally, we need to confirm guest details such as, payment, contact information, applicable check-in time, number of guests and ages, any pets, etc.

This process is required, and if a guest refuses to comply then the reservation will be canceled. We have found this procedure to be successful in avoiding fraud, and protecting all parties! We appreciate your cooperation and we are available to help with any questions.

Nightly Minimum Policy:
4 night minimum required in the off season.
6 nights AND a Saturday Check-in is REQUIRED during peak season (June - August). Arrival on Friday or Sunday instead may be an option.
(Please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you!)

Arrival/Departure Policy:
Check in time is 3 pm and strictly enforced. (From Memorial Day through Labor Day, check-in is at 4pm)
Check out time is 11 am.

Please follow all instructions for your arrival and departure in our email and phone call correspondence. There is signage around the home to assist with the use of amenities and questions that you may have during your stay. We are available too, even after hours-give us a call!

Pet Policy: This property is pet-friendly. Please note: a pet fee of $200 plus tax for the first pet, and $150 plus tax for second pet. Please send breed and pet description(s) for approval on your pet's stay.

Rate Policy: Prices change on a daily basis so the rates you see today may be higher or lower when booking!

Age Policy: We do not typically rent to guests under the age of 25 or large parties. Please contact us prior to booking to see how we may accommodate your group.

Great Location!
This unit has a great location. It’s on the second floor with a view of the ocean from several windows. Lots of good food options within walking distance. The layout worked for our family of 5 (all adults). There’s an open room with the kitchen and dining area included. Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are separate from each other. There is gated parking. There is some late night street noise, but it wasn’t too bad. I’d especially recommend the location.

The location was great. Close to the beach and restaurants/bars. All within walking distance. The instructions to enter the building on arrival were somewhat confusing. You cant enter the main doors. There is a metal side door you use. Having 3 bedrooms each with a bathroom was perfect. We would stay again.

Right in the heart of PB
My 2 children, their spouses and I needed a place to gather for the holidays. We all had an amazing time! This is the second time I have used Nancy’s Vacation rentals and they did not disappoint. Walked to the beach and along the boardwalk. Spent time at Belmont Shore and ate at amazing restaurants - all within walking distance! Will definitely be using Nancy’s Vacation rentals in the future - they don’t disappoint! Oh and the fact that we had 2 gated parking spots was a big plus in my book! 😄

Great location, near restaurants, grocery store and 2 minute walk to the beach. Unit was very clean and very clear check in process was provided with great instructions. We contacted the owner about a small issue and got immediate response and it was corrected within a few hours. Great customer service.

We were very pleased with our stay at this property. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths made life so much easier with guest ranging from 9 to 77 years. The location was perfect. The management company was efficient and responsive and just a pleasured to work with.

Nice and close to beaches and zoo and sea world. Never got the front doors of complex to work for us. Airlines canceled our first day due to hurricane Hilary. Wish we had that extra day back. Overall, great location and really nice kitchen and bathrooms for each bedroom.

This property was very well maintained and I’m walking distance to everything. Being by the ocean was great and would have been better if the weather held up. Bedrooms with bathrooms has the convenience of a hotel with the comforts of home. We would stay here again.

Great stay
This was the perfect place to be as we visited our son in college. Only 10 mins away from his place and we still got to be by the water. The property was clean and well kept. The beds were soft and it was easy falling asleep. Kitchen was big and had all we needed as far as pots, pans, and plates. The secure parking underneath was very nice. The only issue we had (other than the rain most of the weekend) was one of the remotes for the gates did not work for us but the other one did so not a problem. The management was available to us at any time so I would highly recommend this property. Thanks for the stay.

Perfect Pacific Beach Group Trip
This 3 bed 3 bath condo was a perfect fit for our week long stay in PB. The interior of this property is dated, but clean and contains all necessities. The townhome was spacious and secure parking garage was great. Downstairs bathroom toilet was difficult but it worked. I loved that there were beach chairs, towels and toys for us to take out to the sand. If you’re looking for a group trip for PB, Mission Beach and short drive to all the best of SD, this is it.

You can't really beat the location! Close to Pacific beach, lots of restaurants, and grocery store. We loved that it had private parking. It had boogie boards, beach chairs and lots of beach towels. The noise outside (busy intersection and bar across the street) was a little annoying, so bring ear plugs to sleep. Other than that it was GREAT!!

This property is conveniently located to every you need for a nice San Diego getaway. You are just a minute from the ocean and have a variety of delicious restaurants to choose from. There are a selection of fun clubs and bars in the area. There is a drug store and grocery store within walking distance. The property has everything you need for a fun and comfortable stay including beach chairs, sand toys, umbrellas and towels. We had a pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again in the future.

My friends and I had a great time staying at this property. It was a quick walk to the beach, bars, restaurants, and everything else we could've wanted in Pacific Beach. There are so many great spots all within walking distance. The property manager was very responsive and made sure that everything was going well. Based on other comments, I had expected it to be very loud outside since it's on a main street, but I didn't think it was too bad, especially after 10pm. Overall, I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to go out in Pacific Beach.

Great beach location
Overall a great place just a block from Pacific Ocean Mission beach and 2 blocks from Mission Bay beach. Carpet and furniture a little dated but overall very nice. Mission Blvd is very busy with loud motorcycles, so that can be disruptive at night. Lots of bars in the area so definitely more geared to younger crowd. Nancy’s rentals communicated great!

Great place, awesome location
We loved everything about our stay here. It was me and my kids, who are in their 20s. Since we're all adults, it was nice to have three separate bedrooms all with their own bathrooms, and all with Queen-sized beds (no twins or bunk beds, as is commonly found in extra bedrooms of beach houses). The location is outstanding! You're one block away from the beach and tons of restaurants, ice cream shops, bars, little boutiques, etc. You're walking distance from everything you want in a relaxing vacation. We were able to have our stay be fairly unplanned, as at various times some of us stayed in the unit and relaxed while others went to the beach or walked along the boardwalk. It was lovely to not have to plan beach days, and didn't have to pack everyone and all the gear up in to the car to enjoy the beach. The two parking spaces in a gated garage was coveted in a beach area. There's an elevator (another extreme rarity in beach rentals), with easy access from the parking garage, that was critical for visiting local extended family members that have trouble with stairs. There's plenty of beach equipment at the unit: beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, boogie boards, footballs, and kids' sand toys. My early-20s kids even brought the sand toys down to the beach once and built a sandcastle. There is a bar/restaurant across the street from the unit. It had fairly loud club music playing until midnight on Fri/Sat and about 9-10pm on other days. We are all night owls and so didn't go to bed until the music stopped playing, so it wasn't a problem for us. The great room (combo kitchen, family room, and dining room) has a lot of seating, which was nice for us as we had extended family that live in San Diego over to hang out. There's a full-sized grocery store within walking distance, just a few blocks away. It was perfect to get our starter food for our stay, and was convenient for any other little things we needed. There's also a liquor store directly across the street. The property management company was stellar. They were very proactive, calling several times unprompted to let us know about various aspects of the rental. They were super responsive both on messaging from the rental web site and from calling them directly, and both Justin and Laura who I talked with were very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would definitely rent this unit again!

Enjoyed the HEART of Pacific Beach
We very much enjoyed this property - walking distance to many restaurant/bar/shopping locations. As articulated by another user, great to be on the corner of Mission Blvd and Pacific Beach Drive - be prepared for nightlife ambiance until midnight on weekend nights. Great amenities, communication with property management team before/during/after was TOP NOTCH.

Mission Beach In A Minute
A very nice three bedroom, three bath across the street from the beach in an activity party district. San Diego isn’t a large city so nothing is more than 30-40 minutes away, with traffic. If you are an activity person, you can walk to Belmont Park which is only a few miles away and enjoy the beach, shopping, rides. Parking there is free but can get crowded. There are many restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. Also a Ralph's supermarket is less than a ½ mile away, also within walking distance. If driving, the two parking spaces included are in a secure parking garage. The building is also secure access. The bedrooms are roomy, beds are comfortable; each room has a large screen tv. The bath in the master has a large tub and a separate shower with an overhead rainfall, there is also a hand shower wand, which was broken during my stay but still worked. The drawers on the dressers do not stay closed once anything is placed in them, minor issue, but need to be aware while walking around in room. There are two floors, in the unit, with two BRs upstairs. There are many items included in the patio/decks for use on the beach. Some items look unusable, some stuff looks like junk, but the beach umbrellas and chairs worked fine. There is a decent sized kitchen and stackable washer/dryer. Washer can get loud on spin cycles. Kitchen is only stocked with necessary items for cooking and eating. Would be nice to have maybe can of spray oil and few additional seasonings. The room advertisement states that there is a noise policy for guests. Well there isn’t one for the streets and bar across the street. The unit looks out on the street directly into the bar. There isn’t anything blocking the street noise, which includes motorcycles and every muscle car blowing up their engines directly in front of the unit. The bars are open till 1-2am on Friday and Saturday nights, so if you are a person that shutdowns before 10pm, this isn’t the place for you. And believe me, it gets loud. A major issue for me was the owner dictated/controlled the temperature in the unit by wireless app. I needed the temperature to be a few degrees cooler but could not lower it. This one temp fits all control may not be an issue for some. All in all, the place is very nice, just join the Friday/Saturday night parties and you will be good.

Mission Beach Getaway
This condo was perfect for our families to stay together. It’s clean, spacious, and had things we needed (like beach chairs). The ONLY downfall is that you can hear all the cars on Mission Blvd in the master bedroom.
