-Like many beach homes in the neighborhood, this home does not include AC, home does have ceiling and portable fans.

PARKING
1-Car Garage attached garage, ONLY FITS MID SIZE SUV OR SMALLER. May need to park diagonally with front end facing east side of garage. There is limited additional public street parking or public island parking lots, a 3-5 block walk. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.
