THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels)
-Top Bunk is meant for children only, please no adults. Sofa bed is suitable for 2 kids or one adult.
-San Diego Airport flight path runs over South Mission Bay. Airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am. The home is totally worth it!
-AC is provided through 2 mini split systems. When both are running it is important that they are on the same setting so that the system may operate effectively.
ATTENTION
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.
There's a two-car tandem garage. There is limited additional public street parking or island public parking lots, a 4-5 block walk. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.
