Great location
We had an absolutely lovely time staying at this home. Excellent location right in the heart of Mission Beach. The home is exactly as pictured. My only complaint maybe would’ve been the living room couch could’ve used a little additional seating and is a little worse for wear. But rooftop patio was awesome and we appreciated the extra amenities for the kids like beach toys

Great house for our group
House was perfect for our Spring Break getaway. House was steps from the beach and we enjoyed rooftop access and partial views of the ocean. Due to narrow neighborhood streets it was great to have a garage for our car. While weather was colder than we’d hoped, enjoyed daily walks along the ocean or bay. Kitchen had all we needed for five and showers had great water pressure.

Such a perfect family getaway. The house is better than we expected. Fully furnished kitchen with everything you could possibly need. House was clean and perfect location. The owner was very responsive and was able to let us book an additional night. We hope to stay here again!!!!

Family Christmas Vacation
This house is awesome! The location is perfect - steps to beautiful Mission Beach and a few short blocks to mission Bay! I enjoyed beautiful sunrises over the bay and sunsets over the ocean. Easy walk to anything you need - we didn’t need a car! The home was comfortable snd had everything we could have wanted. The roof deck was amazing!! We can’t wait to come back!

Great house at pacific beach
Wonderful house in an ideal location. Great hosts and everything was perfect. Enjoyed the access to the beach and boardwalk, walking distance to everything in PB. Rooftop deck was a bonus and nice place to hang out with family.

Home is more private than those located on the boardwalk. Works well for 6 guests. Several beach chairs are broken and need to be replaced. Only 3 beach towels available...more would be helpful.

Annual family beach vacation
This house was absolutely perfect for all of our needs. Everything was stocked to where all we had to do was bring in our clothes and food and not have to worry. Absolutely loved the kitchen and had everything you would need. We were provided plenty of towels and toilet paper for our stay, and having a washer and a dryer is definitely a plus. My car was small enough for the garage, however parking in the beach city can be a challenge, it definitely did not ruin our stay. You can always park at the Bay if needed and it is just a short walk. The ocean breeze flows through this house so nicely with the windows open. Me, my daughter, son in law and grandkids had a wonderful time. Thank you for providing this house for us to enjoy! Definitely loved it so much to where we are hoping it will be available for our trip next year. Kelly and family.

Perfect vacay at Mission Beach!
We had the best time staying at this property. It was clean and beautifully furnished, with lots of towels and everything needed for the beach. We had a full house with kids ranging in ages from 6 to 14. Everyone enjoyed their time. Comfy beds. Lots of storage room. There was a bicycle to use which came in really useful! We would definitely consider booking again next year.

Nice to have a house for the family. Nice to be so close to the beach. Needs a sitting area on first floor and a dining area for six, not that lumbering table and huge benches. Needs a patio table and chairs on the first floor deck. There were no extra trash bags. No dishwater soap. Had to buy. Not your fault, but parking is beyond unavailable. Both my daughters spent half the day finding parking and then walking to our rental. Anyway, thanks for letting us stay in your beach house. Some rough edges, but left with many happy thoughts. Great Stay
Our stay was perfect! The place was so clean and perfectly laid out. I liked how all the bedrooms were on the second floor with two bathrooms. Our group was 6 people and it was perfect (2 people per room). The pullout worked great as well. It’s kind of it’s own separate little area where it feels secluded and it’s right next to a bathroom. One of the guests ended up staying on the pullout so everyone had their own bed except the two in the master bedroom which was spacious and comfortable. The rooftop made it all. Great views in a prime location for walking distance. Quiet (for the most part) as well for the beach town area. The place supplies plenty of beach towels, there’s one bike, about 6 lawn/beach chairs, sand toys and multiple boogie boards as well. The only two things I would suggest for the place is placing a long mirror somewhere in the spot as well as darker curtains for the master bedroom.

Fantastic beach house
Amazing location! House is fully stocked with kitchen supplies, towels etc. and had a great bedroom layout for our family. Rooftop deck is beautiful and has ample seating and the lifeguard chairs give a great view of the ocean. This is an amazing beach house!

Great location
Came for anniversary, had a fantastic time. View from rooftop deck was fabulous. Grandkids played on the beach for the 1st time. Loved the boogie boards Watched the Sea World fireworks from the deck. In all a great time was had by everyone. Would definitely come again!

Lovely place to stay
My five sisters and I had a lovely time. The rooftop deck was spectacular and proximity to the beach and shopping great. Each bedroom was comfortable and well appointed. We had issues with getting the oven to work and Steve had a convection oven delivered the next day when the repair person couldn’t fix it. There were several maintenance issues with the facility but Steve communicated promptly and was very responsive. It is a lovely place to stay.

Amazing place and location
We came out for our annual guys weekend trip and the place was perfect. Literally a block off the beach and we could walk everywhere! Will definitely be coming back. The host was also very responsive if we had any questions. Awesome place and experience!
