Remodeled in 2020, Mission Beach Breeze is a 607 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom bottom unit condo. Oceanfront property with unobstructed panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. Elevated, large private deck with patio furniture right on the Mission Beach boardwalk. Perfect for watching the waves. Fully stocked kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, private stacked washer/dryer in hallway, quartz countertops, LVP flooring, tile shower/tub combo, new furniture throughout, master queen bed, second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on top, smart tv's in all rooms, xbox, high speed internet, Spectrum TV, Apple TV, gas barbecue, private one car garage (Dimensions: 17' long, 7' feet wide, 6'8" high). Outdoor shower in common area and private spigot on porch to wash sandy feet.
Centrally located to many attractions. Short 5 minute walk to Belmont Park, known for its famous 1920's The Giant Dipper Roller Coaster and The Plunge, a historic pool featuring glass walls for ocean views. Lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance to choose from. Beach rentals such as bikes, surfboards, boogie boards.

Fully stocked kitchen including toaster, coffee maker, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, CO2 detector in bedrooms and hall, smoke detector in kitchen, bedrooms and hall. Awesome Beachfront Property
This place is directly on Mission Beach walk and steps to the ocean. Great sunset views and close walk to many restaurants and activities. Host was very communicative and pleasant. Parking can be tough in this area. Rent a small car to fit in the garage or take advantage of the first come parking on site.

Amazing property!
Me and my two kids had a great time at Mission Breeze. The porch is right on the boardwalk so sunsets and people watching were super cool. Maura helped us with a few requests and was very accommodating. We’ll be back for sure! Thanks Maura!

Awesome place & Amazing location
This rental was perfect for our annual family vacation! The location was in the best spot, we had friends and family staying near by that were able to stop and see us from the board walk! The house provides everything needed to make it feel like home and even provided beach towels, chairs and boogie boards to be used! We loved it so much we’re already planning to book it again! Communication was awesome, and would recommend anyone looking for a prime location at Mission Beach! Thank you Maura for all your help, we can’t wait to go back!

Cute condo right on the beach
Overall, the condo was great! Beautiful views of the beach and walking distance to Belmont Park which has restaurants, shops, and other things to do. It was a little noisy at night due to what I'm guessing was graduation parties going on. The condo was very clean and it was nice that they provide beach towels, chairs, and other beach gear. We did have one problem with the keypad, but the owner was very responsive and we worked it out. Oh, the garage is super tiny, barely held our Civic, but there is other parking available.

Great location. Clean unit. Everything needed is provided. A small car is required to be able to use the garage. There is parking on the side of the building, but others might park you in, requiring them to leave phone # on dash in case a car has to be moved.

Watch dolphins from the porch!
I spent 4 nights here with my best friend to celebrate my birthday and enjoyed every minute of it! We watched dolphins from the porch every day and with our binoculars, we were able to get an even closer view. It’s also right on the boardwalk and we thoroughly enjoyed seeing all the adorable dogs that walk by each day. The zoo was only a 15 minute ride and there were plenty of spots for food, souvenirs, and entertainment within walking distance. Steps to the sand where we soaked up the sun and searched for seashells and sand dollars. The host was very helpful and kind and responded very quickly when I needed help with the garbage lock. This was a perfect way to spend my birthday and I would come back here in a heartbeat!!

Great Entertainment for Kids
There are multiple options for young kids. Belmont Park, Plunge Pool, Roller blading on the boardwalk path. Kids enjoyed playing at the beach while parents enjoyed people watching from the large deck.

Great Beach Stay
If you want to be on the ocean, this is the place to stay! The first morning we woke up and saw dolphins swimming from our deck. This was the perfect size for our family of 3!

We loved our stay here! It is so fun to be right on the boardwalk and see every sunset. Everything was clean and comfortable. The host is great, we will try and stay here when we come back. We visit at least once a year and this is the best little gem we have found!

Small but comfortable
Our family of four had a wonderful time staying at this property. The unit is pretty small, but still feels open and comfortable. The bathroom doesn’t have any counter space so a hanging organizer came in handy. The oceanfront patio is amazing. We would stay here again for sure. The property manager was easy to communicate with and helpful with any questions we had.

Great Mission Beach location and exactly what we needed for me, wife and adult daughter college age.
Great location and accurate listing (including the forthcoming info regarding the challenging/small garage/parking situation). Super great communication from host. Only 4 star aspect was cleanliness. Had to Re wash plates / utensils before use, and patio furniture had not been cleaned between rentals. Otherwise exactly what we needed!

Great place!!!
We absolutely loved our stay. Pictures don’t do it justice. We loved being so close to the beach and hearing the sounds of the ocean. It has all necessary items needed for a beach visit with chairs, toys, towels, etc. We enjoyed the private deck so much that we grilled our dinner and ate out on it while watching the sunset almost every night of our stay. While on the deck we also enjoyed watching all the people riding their bikes, roller skating, and skateboarding on the Oceanfront walkway. It is conveniently located to walk to Belmont Park and enjoy the shops, restaurants, and rides. It’s also a short drive to other areas of interest such as the Zoo, SeaWorld, Old Town, and Gaslamp Quarter. We would highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

Good Location, Noisy Unit
Nice spot, but the unit up-dates are getting tired. Numerous small issues detracted from overall enjoyment including: -digital entry lock worked sporadically -bathroom sink stopper disconnected -bathroom light bulb burnt out -thermostat/heat not working -when it rained, it leaked onto the living room floor in a puddle -endless noise from kids in unit above at all hours, jumping / running around....no sound insulation. -sliding door to deck which provides the view is aged and getting opaque with build-up on the interior of the double glass -very noisy with party people at night on the beach, - at end of March when it wasn't warm. This needs to be expected though in this location. -BBQ is getting aged.....we would not use it. Up-side is the location and certainly endless people watching on the promenade. Also saw 3 dolphins having fun just surfing on a wave right out front. Only seen that on TV before.
