Enjoy your morning coffee from your private table on our patio overlooking the iconic Pacific Ocean. Take full advantage of the grills provided and create beautiful meals to dine al fresco under the stars. Soak up every minute of that quintessential California indoor/outdoor living.

You're also steps away from the best spots in town: bars, restaurants, and cozy coffee shops. And if you're looking for a little adventure, Mission Bay is practically at your doorstep. Need groceries or want to rent some beach gear like bikes, paddleboards, or boats? No worries, it's all within walking distance.

Our beachfront suite is serene and relaxing. This upstairs unit was recently remodeled with an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area with ocean views overlooking the iconic boardwalk. We feature queen-sized Casper beds to ensure the most relaxing night's sleep possible.

Your dedicated parking spot is all set and ready for your arrival, ensuring a hassle-free experience. We also have on-site coin-operated laundry facilities at your service.

We're absolutely kid-friendly, but we don't have special kid gear like safety gates or cribs. You can easily rent them from companies like Baby Quip, who will come drop them off and set up the items for you. And to keep things safe and sound, there's a security camera looking out over the patio area outside.

Great Location and Property

Great condo!
We stayed at this property 3 years ago and liked the location. Super surprised this time to see the owners had updated the bathroom and kitchen. Also new bath towels and beach towels which was very nice.

Stunning Beachfront Condo with Gorgeous Sunsets
My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful condo just a few feet from the beach, and it was an experience to remember. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of the condo. The location is unbeatable – being so close to the beach meant that the soothing sound of the waves was a constant and delightful backdrop to our stay. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the breathtaking views. Whether from the patio, living room, or dining room area, we were treated to stunning sunsets every evening. The panoramic ocean vistas provided the perfect setting for relaxation and reflection. Waking up to the salty ocean air was equally enchanting, instantly bringing back wonderful memories of past beach vacations and creating new ones. Awesome place. Front bay window looks out into the ocean. Everything we needed was there. Dedicated parking spot. Convenient location with everything within walking distance (stores, restaurants, etc.). Would stay there again.

Right On Mission Beach
We so enjoyed our stay here. The VRBO was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The view from the VRBO’s slider was great. I could easily enjoy the beautiful ocean views. I woke up to porpoises swimming by one morning and on another a sea lion pup was on the beach out front. I loved walking daily in the trail in front of the VRBO. Seemed like a safe area.

This property has great access to the beach which was why we wanted to stay there. We were also able to walk to restaurants and stores pretty easily. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with utensils, although the kitchen linens were lacking (1 dish towel is not sufficient for a 3-day stay). The cons were: parking being confusing and half a block away (reserved parking in the description is slightly misleading as it is not close to the property), and no A/C on the property and you cannot have the windows open at night due to the noise and pot smoking outside all night long. It as very uncomfortable at night and made sleep difficult.

Beachfront Paradise!
What a perfect spot to stay while visiting with our daughter and her fiancé. Loved walking on the beach along with great access to bars and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when we return! Wonderful.

Scenic Oceanfront Unit
My wife and I had a great stay at this perfectly located second-floor apartment looking out over the Pacific Ocean from Mission Beach/Pacific Beach. Highly recommended for walking to bars, restaurants and stores, with non-stop walking, running, biking and skating traffic on the oceanfront walkway just below us providing entertainment. Communication with the property manager was timely and highly responsive. With unusually cold weather (for San Diego) in January, we requested a space heater for our bedroom, which was quickly delivered. We would definitely stay there again.

The View of Blue
This was a staycation for us and it did not disappoint. The view from our condo was very tough to beat. You do share a patio, and everyone during our stay was very nice and fun. The location is fantastic and close to the beach, the bay, shopping, and dining. It does not have A/C which we were aware of, but does have several fans if you're not used to the summer heat. We will definitely be back! We loved our time. . .

It was a great experience, right on Pacific Beach. Got surf lessons at Pacific Beach surf shop, great drinks and food at The Backyard, great ice cream sandwiches at the Baked Bear. The house was in the middle of it all, great location. We’d come back!

2nd Floor Corner Unit a Bit More Private
Overall the place was as expected. All other reviews were spot on. We missed having some things in the kitchen like an extra trash bag and a can opener for a 4-day stay. Even an electric can opener would have been great. We missed having ice cube trays to make ice in the freezer, too. But the small brita water pitcher in the fridge was great. Communication with property manager was excellent. The key holder on the side of the building was tricky to get it re-locked. And my brain just could not figure out how to get into the complex's trash garage...so much I strained my back on the latch and lifting the door. I did appreciate the auto-light that comes on when the door is open especially in those early dark morning hours to the airport! the laundry room, when I did find it, has windows and you can see the machines in the rooms. the 2 buildings are the same property management, but skulking around trying to find the laundry was hilarious when people thought I was casing the joint lol. All in all, I would stay here again, albeit bring more of my own kitchen stuffs like salt n pepper ice trays, and the can opener. :-) I would not however, wish to stay during the hot summer months as the lack of breeze in the back bedrooms at night get very stuffy as their is no a.c., (as most rentals on this beach, it appears.) the fans provided were appreciated but did little to help with this. We stayed mid week and by Friday night the noise outside the back alley rooms from 10pm till 4a.m. was pretty, well, interesting. Most the of buildings around this unit appear to be rentals and perhaps vacationers leave their quiet-hours manners at home :-). I suggest bringing ear plugs and keeping fans running. The 3 adults all had their own beds and the extra sink outside the bathroom was a bonus for brushing teeth while someone was in the shower. There are a couple extra comfy "couch sized" fluffy blankets for whenever the temp dips. We did have issue with wifi, unfortunately missing a very important zoom call because of it. However, the property manager responded fast with a separate wifi password. The property has a "please read" book that contains valuable information. Some of the reading is....supposed to be funny?...but it read to me as condescending. I do recommend reading it as it has black/white photos of where the trash garage is and where the laundry is. The reserved parking spot is t-i-g-h-t! About a half block away from unit.

Perfect Locaction
This property was perfect for our family of 4. The one bathroom would be a little bit harder if we had 6 people here, but there is plenty of space for 6. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare our meals. Beach towels were provided, though we brought our own, it was nice to have some dry ones while ours dried off. There we 2 beach chairs in the unit also, which was nice for our kids since we only brought for the adults. There were even spare blankets for the chilly nights we had. Thank goodness. I enjoyed sitting on the patio watching people most the day. I could even watch the kids play on the beach from the patio, which was nice for me. Not much I could complain about at all. My only concern would be how hot it may get in summer months without A/C, but they have floor fans and ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Not needed for out stay but they would need to be used in the summer. Oh, the beds were very comfortable too. Thanks for the stay.
