Pleasant and comfortable…
This place was very pleasant and comfortable for me and my family. The neighborhood was safe and offered many places to dine and even a supermarket within walking distance. Yan was very attentive and responded quickly with any issues that arose. I would stay again and certainly recommend to anyone seeking a good, clean and safe place to stay when visiting the San Diego area!

Nice condo, great location
The condo was very comfortable, and had everything I needed. It is within easy walking distance to a Vons supermarket and several restaurants, and right next to the freeway for quick access to the beach and other area attractions. The two parking spaces are right outside the unit. Really enjoyed my stay!

Nice Clean Condo
We really enjoyed our stay in San Diego. The condo was nice and clean, in a perfect location with restaurants and stores near by. The kids loved the pool and hot tub, we went to the pool several times and most of the time was the only ones. We would stay here again.

Comfortable Bed
Everything as advertised, but the bed was exceptional; very comfortable. I also note that the area is very nice and convenient, with a shopping area in easy walking distance. We also made liberal use of the pool. Close to the Ted Williams Parkway and the I-15. Its pretty clear not too many guests do any cooking in the apartment as I had to run out to Vons to buy a salt and pepper shaker, but I left it there, so you're good to go ;-)

Comfortable and Convenient
Condo was clean and comfortable. Plenty of furniture and linens. Huge walk in closer was a plus for getting all the luggage out of the way. Pool and hot tub were great with clean restrooms. YMCA, grocery stores, pharmacy, and multiple places to eat within just a couple blocks. Parking was great too! Kitchen hardware was adequate but coffee and seasonings/oil were a bit sparse (usually are). Salt, pepper, and 5 servings of coffee were provided (I stayed 2 weeks). If you plan to do a lot of cooking you'll need to purchase spices and oils. Jessy was very polite quick to respond to my questions even when I asked her the same thing twice. Overall I would definitely give it two thumbs up and hope to stay here again next year!

Great condo! So much better than a hotel!
We stayed 4 nights and loved many things about this property. It is super close to the freeway and to grocery stores. The multiple swimming pools were fun and I liked that it was on the ground level for easy in and out.

A home away from home.
The condo is located near all highways and within walking distance of shopping. Very clean and the kitchen is stocked with all your cooking needs. The beds are comfortable and I especially liked having a television and my own private bathroom in the bedroom. Having 2 parking spots in front of the condo is very convenient. I just wish we could have spent more time there!

Our stay in this condo was great. The beds were so comfortable and everything was just as promised. We only had one question, and Jessie took care of it immediately. She was very responsive to any concerns or questions we had. Having two parking places was great when we had friends visit. It was very safe and quiet. Thank you for everything.

Nice flat but as it’s a ground floor the upstairs neighbours can be noisy.
The door access was a worry as it didn’t always work. A key would be useful to accompany the code access. The TV system needs some attention. It loses signal especially in bad weather.

Could not have been better
Our company rented this condo for our employees during our most hectic season, so they could rest and not need to drive home after long shifts. I was prepared for a few refusals from owners based on the fact that they would be coming and going around the clock. Jess could not have been more accommodating and gracious about our request. It was the PERFECT location, in a safe, quiet complex. Clean and stocked with everything they could need. 1 note, the unit was initially difficult to find as it is tucked away in it's own little parking lot...and streets have similar/identical names...was a bit confusing but not a deal breaker by any means! Thanks Jess!!

Nice and cozy

Great condo just outside of san diego
Had a great time out in San Diego visiting our daughter. Even though it was just my husband and I , it was nice that we could spread out . We each had our own bathroom and used the 2nd bedroom to put all of our things in. We used the pool / hot tub several times durring our stay and most times had it all to ourselves ! There is a von's grocery store very close ( we walked a few times ) to stock up on a few things. Even though it is outside of san diego, it was very easy to jump on the highway and get to where we needed to go. the condo overall was very nice and just as the pictures show. Jesse was great at getting back to us very quickly with a few questions that I had. We would stay there again !!!

A great stay
We stayed for 17 days in July and August 2018 and had a lovely time. The apartment is clean, tidy, spacious and well equipped and maintained. The pool is lovely and the location good too, close to the town centre and nearby amenities. For anyone looking for a decent priced Steakhouse to eat out locally, the Outback Steakhouse in Poway is very good value. The Cinema is nearby in Mira Mesa and La Jolla Cove and Solano Beach only a 15 minute drive away

Very comfortable apartment and we really enjoyed our stay.
The condo is located in the middle of beautiful trees, gardens and fountains which give a nice environment . The swimming pool is great. We spent every day some time swimming and there were nobody using it most of the time. Definitively we would like to come back.

Great Unit Perfect Location
Our stay was wonderful. The unit was perfect for our needs with a great kitchen two baths, two bedrooms, plenty of closet space and drawers. Both the owner and her assistant were very nice and extremely helpful and immediately took care of a concern. If you are looking for fun things to do, it is centrally located for all directions as well as being close to the freeways.
