Our home is packed with amenities to make your stay truly memorable. You'll love our private outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a long day at the beach. And when it's time to relax, the ground-floor patio awaits with comfortable seating, a grill, and a fire pit - perfect for cozying up under the stars.

THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-Dog friendly: 1 dog , weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home for a fee. Small to medium non-shedding breeds only. Must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other animals are allowed without specific Coast approval. Please contact Coast Vacation Homes to inquire.
-There is a locked partition door at the top of the staircase that leads into Beach Duplex 2. Please be mindful of your neighbors!
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels)
-San Diego Airport flight path runs over South Mission Bay. Airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am. The home is totally worth it!
ATTENTION
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.
PARKING
There's a two-car tandem garage. The entry requires a very sharp reversing park angle. There is limited additional street parking or island parking lots a 4-5 block walk. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.
