THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-Dog friendly: 1 dog , weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home for an additional fee. Small to medium non-shedding breeds only. Must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other animals are allowed without specific Coast approval. Please contact Coast Vacation Homes to inquire.
-There is a locked partition gate in the backyard that leads into OB Bungalow II. Please be mindful of your neighbors!
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels)
-San Diego Airport flight path runs over Ocean Beach. Airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am. The home is totally worth it!
-There is 1 security camera in the front of the home facing the street and sidewalk

ATTENTION
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.

PARKING
There's a 1 car driveway located at the front of the home. The dimensions of the pictured paved area 261in L x 103in W. There is also umeasured dirt part (see pic). There is additional public street parking. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.
