Coveted Spot for a Beach Vacay

Perfect location! All the convenient access to Mission Beach with none of the noise. The view is worth every penny - we practically lived in front of that corner window each morning and evening, watching boats and sea lions go by. Hosts were quick to respond and help with any need. Highly recommend!

Escape From Reality

My husband & I spent 5 days in Mission Bay for some R&R. This condo offered everything we needed, was easy for Uber drivers to get in/out and the owner responded quickly when needed! We hope to visit again soon!

Mission Beach condo

We had a fantastic time staying here! We took the cruiser bikes to the Farmer's Market and our little rental fit in the garage. The beach towels, cooler and chairs were also a great bonus!

Excellent location and ocean views!

My partner and I had a lovely long weekend in Mission Bay! The condo is great and in a cool location - right at the point! If you walk 5 minutes to the right, you’ll be standing on Mission Beach and the boardwalk. If you walk 2 minutes to the left, you’ll be at Mission Bay! Don’t skip eating at Teo’s one evening and start your morning with an açaí bowl from Beach Bowles - both a 10 minute walk from the house.

Clean, Cozy, and A GREAT VIEW!

The condo was just as described, very clean, and came equipped with plenty of extra linens, beach chairs, and bikes. The host provided excellent hospitality and communication. We will be visiting here again soon!

Crowded and Noisy

Unit was clean. TV was very confusing to use and spotty reception. Bikes needed servicing. Great View and easy to get to the beach. Biggest complaint was the noise. Right in the middle of a flight path. We left three days early. We'll stop there. More comfortable to stay at home.

Relaxation Vacation

It was a perfect getaway vacation, with a short walk to the beach each day. We enjoyed the view of the Pacific Ocean and channel from the living area. We were able to walk to restaurants and entertainment each day which took about twenty minutes. The neighborhood is nice and safe. The condo is clean and has everything you need. We would definitely stay there again.

Get to the beach!

We recently stayed here! (July 2024) Wonderful location, minutes from the beach! Excellent bonus on having a garage to park in we had a Nissan Rouge and it fit great! 2 bikes was also great! We rode them a lot! The place was clean and looked exactly like the photos! Restaurants within walking distance or biking distance! Would definitely recommend this unit!

Awesome getaway!

This was my second time staying here! I stayed with my daughter. It’s a cute super clean one bedroom apartment. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare most meals. Bed is nice and comfy. Shower pressure is great. The AC window unit definitely came in handy. You can see the Sea World fireworks from the bedroom window at night. The place comes with parking which is key for the area. It’s a small garage…however, I was able to park a KIA Sportage with no issues at all. Plenty of places to get coffee and grab a bite to eat. There’s also a corner market. Very happy with our stay. I’ll continue to book this sweet little spot.

Perfect place for two!

My husband and I recently stayed in this adorable one bedroom apartment. Check-in was a breeze. The apartment comes with a garage to park your vehicle. Which is a HUGE luxury when staying in S. Mission. Although the garage is small, we had no problem parking our Subaru Crosstrek. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked. Lots of places to eat and grab coffee all within walking distance. As well as a corner market. The AC unit in the apartment is also a nice perk. We really enjoyed our stay here. I’m originally from San Diego and I’m so glad I came across this place! We enjoyed our stay so much I booked a future visit while I was there. Access to the beach is a very short walk. We had no problem falling asleep at night. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was great! I’m looking forward to my next visit!

I LEFT

After just two days I LEFT the property. I just couldn't take it anymore. Besides the crappy neighborhood it was in, the walls were paper thin. I had a family next door who was so loud it was like they were standing right next to me. Baby screaming crying. Kids yelling. Parents yelling & cursing up a storm at their kids. This was all the first night and the second day. The walls were so thin I could hear the family out the bedroom window in the next building! Same thing! It was insane! I got woken up at 7am, 9am & 9:30am on the first day of my vacation. Between the family next door and the family in the next building it was crazy! I came to sleep & relax. This was NOT what happened. I finally left the second day and sent a note to the owner who NEVER responded! I am requesting a refund. On top of that, this place was so small, the room at the hotel I went to was bigger than the entire condo! There was no room to move. I had no balcony in the sun. Everything was shaded. There were very few TV stations to watch. This was a god awful experience. I don't know how places like this get listed on Vrbo. Like I said, I want a refund for the days I did not stay. Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday! I have pictures of the neighborhood that I can send. and how close the condos are that you can hear everything

Great View From Small Condo

We enjoyed our stay. There is a great view and the place is well-kept. Nice having our own garage, washer/ dryer and felt very secure with the gated key entry to the complex. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and all went well. The unit is relatively small so lived in close proximity to one another and it was very cumbersome trying to entertain any guests.

Nice place, great location

Property was nice and well maintained. Location is good for walks on the beach. Large enough for 2 people. Kitchen and bathroom were clean and newer. The garage is small but usable, make sure you rent a smaller car or suv or they won’t fit. We enjoyed our stay there. My only complaint which is out of their control was the person below us had a yappy dog and one day barked for several hours, and certain nights could hear him snoring through the floor, white noise machine helped drown it out. The planes from the airport do fly over regularly, we didn’t find them to be bothersome but others might. We would stay there again. Thanks for having us

We really enjoyed out stay at this property. It was as described, perfect for 2 people. The location is unique, condo is clean and the manager Sarah was prompt with replys. There is a designated parking spot which is a must in the mission beach area!! I recommend.
