A dining table for 4 and a simple kitchen makes it easy to satisfy your culinary desires by creating meals and snacks for all. Prefer eating out? Why not? There is a plethora of restaurants within walking distance from which to choose any cuisine.
There are 2-bedrooms, both with queen beds. They share a full bath with a shower/tub combination. With a queen sofa bed this home comfortably sleeps 4 in beds; 6 with the sofa bed in the living room.
All bed and bathrooms are furnished with an ample supply of premiere linens for your ultimate comfort. There is also a ceiling fan in each room for your comfort - making it easy to keep the ocean breezes flowing inside as well.
Additional amenities include a coin operated washer and dryer on an outside nook of the building, WIFI and cable, and one (1) off-street parking space (compact cars only).

It is the perfect setting for really experiencing life at the beach. Its excellent central location also makes it easy to walk to shops, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores - making everything super easy.
It is both a great value and location, a short drive to many of the greater San Diego areas world-class attractions such as SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, and many more.
It is the perfect place to truly enjoy easy indoor/outdoor living on the beautiful Pacific Ocean. All manner of water sports are also available here within walking distance via Mission Bay Aquatic Center.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties. NO EXCEPTIONS! Smoking is not permitted on city sidewalks or beaches either.
This home (like most in this coastal area) does not have air conditioning.
This home is located on the second floor (exterior staircase to front door, interior is all on one level). Some people may not be comfortable with this, so please ensure you are, before booking.
7-night minimum in Peak Season :: 3-night reservation during off season, 4-night minimum during holidays
Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking.
We do not accept American Express and Discover. San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and AirBnb. There is a $225 + taxes fee for each pet

A $300.00 cancellation fee will be added to the booking, if canceled before final payment is made 60 days prior to arrival. After final payment is made, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.
