Everything was Perfect. Be prepared to pay for parking.

This property is super nice, clean, and conveniently located to so many attractions. You must be prepared for beach town vibes ( which we love). The property is located right next to the cutest barbershop, and nestled among an eclectic mix of businesses. The only downside was parking. Be prepared to pay for the public parking lot. That said, we had a wonderful stay and the owner was very communicative and friendly.

Great Little Place

I very much enjoyed my stay here. Was very clean and quiet. Place was much larger than anticipated. The only real problem I encountered was parking. It's terrible. It's 2 hour parking in front of the house, so I was constantly moving my car. There are non hourly spaces across the street, but there's only 15 of them, and they're very difficult to come by. If you don't mind parking a ways away, you can eventually find something. I just wasn't comfortable leaving my nice car on a random busy street.Location was a 5 minute walk to the beach, and lots of reataurants. So, if you're ok w/ some parking shenanigans, this place is great.

This is a great beach cottage!

Fabulous location. You can walk to the beach, grocery, restaurants. Easy to drive to the zoo, Sea World, Old Town. If there is any downside at all, itā€™s the parking. We always found a place on the block, but you have to pay attention to times. I would book again!

Great place but parking is a pain.

Property was clean and comfortable. Host responded quickly and was helpful. Location was great, walking distance to beach and great restaurants. My only complaint was that the park and pay lot was 50 and street parking was hard to find on weekends. If you donā€™t have a car, itā€™s perfect.

Disappointed

While the property was nice, the spotlight on the side of the house continued coming on throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. In addition, a neighbor was playing an electric guitar/bass until late at night, which made sleeping difficult.

Great Quiet Spot Near EVERYTHING in Pacific Beach

Great, quiet spot in Pacific Beach. Within walking distance to all of the hot spots and the beach. Clean, spacious two bedroom with full-kitchen, W/D and fenced front patio for privacy. Elizabeth was a great host, very communicative and quickly sent a lost item when we returned to CO. Would definitely stay again!

Great spot!

Right in the heart of PB. Parking was not a problem and the evenings were quiet. The house is sparingly decorated. Only input would be more seating in the living room. Plenty of room there for an extra chair for movie night. We would happily return here regardless! Beds firm.

CUTEST cottage ever. Super clean and comfortable. Shannon is a great host and her communication was always immediate. The best part is the location!!! Sits on a quiet side street, and you literally walk 2 blocks to the beach and a happening day/nightlife.

This house was clean and well located, a few minutes walk from the beach. We really enjoyed the patio.The parking was hard to find in this area and we would like more equipment in the kitchen like a regular coffee machine instead of a Keurig.

Great Location

This unit is close to everything A few things that we saw that could be improved 1) more comfortable mattress( it was pretty hard) 2) Shower water pressure was not good 3) Bad lighting in bathroom and no place to put products while getting ready 4) no baking pans or storage containers for leftovers 5) no condiments, so bring everything you need if you will be cooking

We are a family of 6 and it fit us well. It was a good location. The kitchen could have used a few more essentials like mixing bowls and cookie sheets. The patio and grill were a major bonus for us.

Good, not great

Itā€™s a good place, but could use a little refresh. The area rug was gross and had a small mountain of sand under it. The wood floors would be better off without the rug. Towels also worn out. Selection of cups/dishes is very minimal - only tiny water glasses. But that said, itā€™s otherwise clean and in a good location.
