The property is in a central and conveniently located neighborhood called Grant Hill/Stockton which makes it easy to jump in an Uber and explore many attractions. The property is close to Petco Park (1.9mi), Gaslamp/downtown (2.1 mi), convention center (2.6 mi), airport (4.9 mi), Balboa Park/Zoo (1.5 mi), South Park (0.6 mi), Coronado (5.8mi), Little Italy (4 mi).
If you like to stay in and cook up a delicious meal, there are several small local corner markets if you need to pick up a few quick groceries or you can also find big box stores like Costco (1.1 mi) or Albertsons (1.7 mi) nearby.
The kitchen is fully stocked with new stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, gas stove, ice maker, toaster, blender, pots, pans, wine glasses, pour over coffee maker and electric tea kettle. Plus tons of cooking utensils. The dining table can seat 8-10 for group dinners or a fun game night.
The living room includes two sleeper couches, a 50” smart tv, extra seating (bench and boho chair) and it flows right into the dining room which leads to the kitchen for an open concept flow. We have games, books, cards, and extra blankets ideal for a cozy movie night.
There are 3 bedrooms (4 total beds) and all are equipped with a ceiling fan with a dimmable light, brand new beds/mattresses, dressers, hangers / clothing racks, and full length mirrors. There are lots of extra pillows and blankets as well for those who prefer to bundle up to get a great night's sleep.
There are 2 full bathrooms and stackable laundry in case you need to wash a load during your stay.
The front yard is fully fenced and there is outdoor furniture if you’d like to wind down and relax outside with a nice glass of wine after a long day at the beach or exploring the city.
We do allow small dogs (size & breed restrictions) for an additional $50/night fee so please contact me if you’re interested in traveling with your pup.
Guest access:
Guests will have full access to the entire house, the fully fenced front yard and the gated patio. Guests are able to self check-in with the smart lock.
Other things to note
There is another rental unit in the back of the property (separate building) so the back yard is reserved for those guests only. From time to time, these guests will walk by the side of the house to get to their unit.

This is in a residential area so no loud noises after 10pm out of respect for the other neighbors.
