Luxury 3 Bedroom in San Clemente - Hundreds of 5* Reviews

Casa Beleza's Villa A (lower level) is a spacious and modern 3-bedroom 2 bathroom unit with two separate outdoor patios complete with a built-in barbecue for entertaining and 100's of 5-star reviews. Situated at the top of the pier bowl parking lot, the beach is a short walk down the street. This fully-furnished and equipped 1,800 sq. foot rental is sure to deliver a one-of-a-kind Southern California experience with everything you need from towels, linens, beach toys, wagon and gear, to all the kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, hi-speed Internet included free of charge. Note that the third bedroom is also a second living room connected to the main living room and equipped with a TV and fireplace. Sliding doors and blinds allow for full privacy when closed. There is a second Villa (Villa B) that is a two-bedroom condo upstairs and has a separate listing and booking. We are following all CDC guidelines and protocols to ensure that the Villa is cleaned and disinfected properly after each guest.
Bedrooms:
* Master bedroom is a spacious room with large king-sized bed, walk through closet and private bathroom with an enclosed dual head tile shower.
* Second bedroom has two twin beds and a large closet.
* Third bedroom boasts it's own fireplace, king bed and seating area by converting the second living room into a private bedroom with slider doors and privacy blinds.
* Queen Sofa Bed adds additional sleeping arrangements in the main living room.
Guest access
Each unit is equipped with a key-less entry code sent prior to arrival. Garages are accessed with remotes which will be included in the welcome packet located in the villa upon check-in.
Casa Beleza is a beautifully remodeled Spanish-style home with two separate private villas in the heart of San Clemente just steps to world-class surfing, restaurants and shops on San Clemente's main street, Avenida Del Mar. Proximity to the historic Casa Romantica (1 block away) has made Casa Beleza a go-to spot for weddings, as well as family reunions who book one or both units together. Exceptional Property
Property is comfortable, spacious and nicely upgraded. Great location, just a quick walk down to the Pier. Downside - communication with the management company, So Cal Villas, was very poor. 24 hours after vacating the property, which we left in stellar, tidy and clean condition, I have had $499 taken out of my bank account, when Marriot from So Cal confirmed that I had paid the rental amount in full.

Charming Beach Weekend
The property is spacious and well furnished. The amenities provided in thehouse made the stay exceptionally easy for the renter. The kitchen was well equipped with all necessities for cooking. There are two lovely terraces for relaxing and dinning. One includes a large grill. There is also a fireplace in the home for brisk nights. The proximity to both beach and the town center make the location ideal The San Clemente beach is wonderful. I would definitely stay again in the future

Excellent stay in San Clemente
Spacious, well equipped, and homely property in a great location (walking distance both to the beach and town centre). Two pack-n-play cots and high chair, along with children’s books and toys, made this an easy stop for us travelling with small children. We had one small issue with a light switch which was resolved very quickly without any inconvenience to us. Liz was very helpful and friendly. Designated parking garage. We also did one day in Disneyland which was really easy to get to (35 miles up the I5). Would stay again.

Amazing and beautiful place!
We stayed here for three nights and it was amazing! Casa Beleza is so clean and decorated beautifully! Two different patios! The property manager was so attentive. Definitely be back! I would highly recommend!!!

Best of Both Worlds
We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect… close to everything and a short walk to the pier, restaurants, and shopping all along the street. The rental was very clean, nicely decorated, and we loved the TV/fireplace room that doubled as a bedroom with a private balcony. We would definitely return again!

Great location
This property was exactly as presented in the listing. We raised our kids in the area, so we were excited to come back for a few days while in SoCal for a family reunion. Our grown kids visited friends from high school while we spent time at the beach. The property makes great use of the space, and it has everything we could possibly need. Check in was easy, it was very clean, and after 20+ years of trying to find parking in the area when we'd go to the beach, having a garage was great! We look forward to staying there again when we're in the area.

Relaxing Getaway
This property was gorgeous light and airy. It has a minimalist decor which makes for a nice up keep on vacation. They had plenty of sheets towels pillows and necessities. Even essentials for your young ones such as 2 play pins and 1 high chair. Each room was equipped with a fan. So even though we went on a few days with triple digits it was not hot at all. The house also provided some wonderful reads and fun family games. The 2 balconies were perfect for eating outside and taking in a gorgeous view. Plenty of beach accessories as well. They had surf boards, 3 boogie board, 3 chairs, beach toys, beach bag, plenty of beach towels, wagon and beach umbrella which is everything you need for a perfect beach day! All in all it was a perfect stay for my family. We would definitely stay again. And next time we would not bring as much of our stuff since they provide so much!

Loved loved loved it
This house is quite lovely. It is very clean and fresh. Sometimes beach rentals can feel a little beat up. There was much more space than we anticipated and the main living area allowed our group to spread out comfortably. My sister rented a place nearby but due to the proximity of restaurants and the beach, our place became the main hangout. We had 4 teenagers that were able to come and go to the beach, pier, restaurants, and shopping. We spent ever evening enjoying the patio area. Our kids went surfing and this was a great location for beginners. The water is not too deep and waves a bit easier to manage. I could make Casa Beliza an annual habit for sure and would even look to rent both units. Thank you for a lovely time. I'm glad we were able to have the trip and with I booked an even longer stay.

A Family Christmas
This property was perfect for our family get together of 6 over the holidays. The furnishings and decor were very update. We enjoyed visiting Dana Point Pier shops and Disneyland. The location is walking distance to to many stores, shops and Starbucks!

First vacation in California
This was our first vacation in California. Rented this gem not knowing what to expect. It was perfect. We had 6 adults. We were able to walk to so many places. The trolley was a great experience. It was nice to relax on the patio in the mornings and evenings. That you for a wonderfully first experience in California

Clean and comfortable. I was impressed how easy it was, just unlock the door and your done. Rules and expectations were clear to us, and communication with property manager was excellent. We will definitely be back!
