Directly across from the San Clemente Pier and beach, enjoy Glorious Panoramic views from the rooftop deck and spa, main level outdoor patio, kitchen and living/game room. Incredible sunsets to gaze at while dining or barbequing on the deck. Built in 2015 fully loaded with modern new amenities, this Condo has everything you need for a relaxing getaway.

Play Pool in the Bar/Game Area. Bar has seating for up to 6 and it’s own Separate TV - Small Deck off the bar/game room - Hang out on the roof top deck and take a nap on the day bed. Catch a Sun Bath on the Top Deck overlooking the Pacific. All patios and windows have views to die for. Take a soak in the hot tub on the roof top while people watching the action at the Pier/Beach and staring at the wonderful panoramic views of San Clemente Island, Catalina Island, Dana Point and Cottons Point. Steps to T-Street Surf Break and The Pier/beach. Plenty of food options at the Pier, Beach Rentals, and activities. You are less than a mile to quaint downtown San Clemente (walking distance as well or take the trolley). Ride Electric Bikes up to Dana Point along the Beach Trail. Surf/Boogie Board in front of your Unit at the Pier and rinse the salt water off in a Warm Outdoor Shower right at your unit's doorsteps. Take a local day trip with Amtrak Train Station at the Pier. Location, Location, Location. This Unit is right in the action of the San Clemente Pier which is the City gathering spot at the beach - however, a sanctuary with double pane windows and 3 private decks/patios await where you can escape the buzz and relax in comfort. Perfect Family House.
Brians place was such a find. It just felt good. The energy of the house is beautiful, with the seashells, surfboards and even some family pictures. The kids kept saying we were so lucky to find this place for Labor Day Weekend! The house is very open did not feel crowed with 6 adults and 2 little ones 1-4 years old. Beds were super comfy, Kitchen well stocked. We cooked 2 nights and went out on the 3rd. (Great restaurant called Brussels). Whatever you need they have, there was a stroller, which we used chairs and toys, boogie boards...We brought a wagon plus there was one in the garage. Brian was great with communication as well which was helpful when we got there. Make sure to hit the Gelato place, and the coffee place next door was great too. IT is just the perfect spot for a wonderful family vacation! Thank you Brian. We will be back :)

Great vacation spot and even better property manager
Love this condo! Excellent location, spacious, incredible view, fully stocked with everything you could need including high chair, playpen, and even toys. The property manager made our stay truly incredible by promptly responding to messsges and their overall friendliness.

Fantastic stay! Everything you could possibly need while on vacation! Great people watching off the patio which made you feel like you are in the middle of it all. So many delicious food options right downstairs. Very easy walking to the shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beach Location
This property was perfect for our family. We wanted a location close to the pier with a great view and jacuzzi. The property had everything we neeeded. Everything was clean and in working order. We love San Clemente and will be back for sure. The communication with the owner was quick and on point.

The perfect family vacation with college kids
When we walked in we felt like we had just booked a resort comparable to the Ritz with the views, open door patios, and walking distance to everything! I was able to run the beach every morning and access was simple! We ate out one time at the pizza place below and it was fine. The view in this house was too nice to eat out we didn’t want to waste one night out when we could relax at this house and cook a relaxing meal hearing the waves and people watching. Oh and core memories finding Jupiter next to the moon and Orion’s Belt with kids in the hot tub at night on the roof! We will be back!

Lovely home and perfect veiw.
Lovely home with a perfect veiw. This is an excellent adult layout for playing games and relaxing. Modern technology, casting to the tv, WiFi. A few challenges were the numerous stairs. I have a injured knee. The train runs in front of the house. If your sensitive to noise take ear plugs. No closet available in master bedroom. Parking for one car was available. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

Oceanside Escape
This is a magnificent property, looking directly onto the pier. It is roomy, well appointed, great for families & gatherings. We had wonderful sunsets, great beach walks, terrific meals and a relaxing experience. As with any rental, there issues: Dishwasher didn’t work TV system failed to work Ice maker shutdown during stay Manager did what he could & overall these were niggling problems. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful Family Time
What a beautiful condo this was. Everthing was so clean and so comfortable. We enjoyed walking across the street to the pier and beach and listening to the ocean at night. The condo had everything we needed for comfort. We played lots of pool. My husband is disabled and he felt quite comfortable most of the time. We definately will return to this condo.

This condo comes with everything you could want in the kitchen. It also has plenty of bedding and more soap etc. in any rental we’ve ever stayed at. We were very pleased with how comfortable the beds were, even the one in the roof. We enjoyed the hot tub and the spectacular views.

Amazing views!
Wonderful place! Very clean and lots of room for 6 adults. Location is perfect for beach, pier, and downtown! Easy access and Brian was very accessible with any needs. We’ve stayed in lots of VRBOs and this is one of our favorites! Looking forward to a return visit!

Beach Front San Clemente Condo at the Pier w/Spa
I asked each family member to describe our stay in 1 word: Location. Comfortable. Clean. Serene. Views. Spectacular. To sum it up our stay was totally AWESOME! We thoroughly enjoyed beginning and ending each day sitting on our balcony that overlooked the water and San Clemente Pier. Several of the sunsets were absolutely gorgeous. Even with some rain days, we were able to have family fun by enjoying the hot tub, pool table, working puzzles at the large kitchen table, and relaxing in front of the fireplace. Each bedroom had it's own TV and the beds were comfortable. Brian was a super host and available if needed, however, this place was fully equipped, clean, and in working order. Thank you, Brian, for making our stay in San Clemente a fantastic one! I highly recommend this place!!!
