"We love staying at this condo. Everything was exceptionally clean and well decorated. We enjoyed the many conveniences in the condo and the closeness of the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed with everything you need. The host checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and provided a helpful list of recommendations in the area. We will definitely be back!"

"Excellent location and Wonderfull view. The condo is perfect for a short stay however we had to deal with bed bugs every nights. The description mention gym and spa are available which is not the case. Swimming pool is big and very clean. Great stay otherwise."

"Unsure of what we'd find coming down so soon after the storms but Rick assured us we'd still have a good time and he was right. It helped being able to come back to such a comfortable place with everything we could have needed. That, along with a great view from the penthouse level, was just what we were looking for. "It was a beautiful condo with extras that I have never encountered at a vacation rental. Beautifully decorated and comfortable for all 5 of us. "Condo is an end unit in a very quiet spot. Only on the 2nd floor, which we loved. The water is about 30 ft from the lanai. So relaxing to sit there and hear the gentle waves and watch for dolphins and manatees. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Unfortunately, the pool was closed because hurricane Helene had just come through and caused some problems, but it looked beautiful. I would definitely recommend. "

"We had a wonderful time at Breakers West. The condo was absolutely spotless. It was the only condo group that was occupied due to the recent storms. The shells were piled up 3-4 feet in some spots on the beach due to the storms. The Island is rebuilding but we found plenty of spots open for lunch and dinner. The condo was a very short walk to the beach and it had everything we needed for a week stay. We would highly recommend this property."
