I was able to do my daily walks at 5am collecting shells and be back for breakfast/brunch with my husband. Couldn’t walk on the beach to Blind Pass, have to walk on bike trail. So if you’re interested in shell collecting this spot was very good. You get a beach pass to park at the Trade Winds parking lot which was empty most of the time. "While many homes in this neighborhood are still struggling to recover from hurricane Ian, this cozy litte place is primed for the tourist season! Recently updated with very pretty, Florida decor, and sitting right on the canal for easy access to the gulf, our time spent here was relaxing and pleasant indeed. One thing to note is, it may not be a good fit for an older person who is prone to falls. I care for my mom, and would not have wanted to bring her here, as most of the rooms are on...

"We chose this place due to proximity to family who were staying in the area for the winter. We were there for Christmas where we enjoyed the pool, morning walks and everything else in the area. We enjoyed the space for our family of 4, two adults and a 9- and 6-year-old. We would highly recommend and plan on staying here for our future visits to the area."

"The inside looks newly renovated. Furnishings, linens, towels, very new. Everything we needed for the kitchen. Great beach chairs was a bonus! Perfect for a couple or family of 4. Can walk for dining, shopping and beach. (1 to 1-1/2 miles). Photos in add very accurate."

"Everything was old not “boho” bed and couch were lumpy and uncomfortable. Lenai had tears in the screens, air conditioning was just a window one in the front room not much good for sleep. And after 2 weeks of the dryer will be fixed/replaced it never was so we had to find alternatives. The owner offered to have our laundry done the day before leaving.
