The front door opens onto the living area which is furnished with a contemporary sofa, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. The separate, large kitchen, which is adjacent to the dining area, is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. There is another dining table in the kitchen for snacks or breakfast. A glass door leads out to the private terrace.

Sleeping:
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom, which is tucked under the eaves, has a double bed and storage.
Bedroom 2: A pretty bedroom with a large skylight, this room includes a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3: This attractive room is on the ground floor and looks out over the terrace. It is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe.

The resort of San Bartolomeo is known for its mild climate, which makes it an appealing holiday destination at any time of year. This villa allows guests to fully enjoy the resort of San Bartolomeo, which is particularly famous for its seafront promenade, Lungomare delle Nazioni (10-minute walk). There are many beach cafés and restaurants, as well as activities such as snorkelling, wind-surfing, kayaking and paddleboarding. Inland there are many stunning hiking routes in the hills be-hind the town.

For self-catering, the weekly market is every Monday. Here you can try and buy the very best local produce. The town has several supermarkets and other amenities for daily necessities.
