While we strive to ensure that all amenities are available during your stay, we are not responsible for any disruptions, maintenance issues, or closures that may occur. If you experience any issues with the building amenities, please feel free to notify us. We will report these concerns to the building management on your behalf; however, we do not have control over the timing of any repairs or the decision-making process regarding these facilities.
By booking your stay, you acknowledge and accept that we cannot be held liable for any issues related to the amenities. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your stay!
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are between 10 pm - 8 am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in the cancellation of the booking and removal from the property without a refund.
STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY
No parties or events/gatherings. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. $500 fee for party. No Unauthorized Guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fee per guest if discovered.
No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, $500 fee will be imposed, with no exceptions.
Pets
Pets ARE allowed depending on size, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation.

1-4 Nights: 25$/day
5-29 Nights: 200$
30+ Nights: 300$
Fees
You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning.
No mail can be delivered to the property, we do not have access to the mailbox due to security concerns.
Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate early check-in and late check-out at a fee of $20/hour. You must message us 24 hours beforehand to see if we can authorize this request.
