Great for Air Force BMT Graduation
Love the privacy once the gate is closed! Perfect spot for a new Airman to chill out, which is all ours wanted to do after 8 weeks of Basic Military Training. 20 minutes from Lackland. Clean, roomy, very nice pool and hot tub, easy process.

A lovely quiet home
This is a wonderful home, and we totally enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood is so quiet, and it is convenient to downtown, the missions, and restaurants. The pool was lovely, clean, and a great temperature. Having laundry facilities was really nice and there was enough on the TV to keep us entertained after a long day. The house was well stocked, the bed comfortable, and the bathrooms nicely updated. All in all, a wonderful stay.

San Antonio House in very suspect neighborhood
This house is in an older, lower income neighborhood. Every Uber driver we used told us that it is an undesirable part of town. The women in our group were not very comfortable staying there and did not sleep well during our stay because of this. We did not experience any negative incidents but would not have booked this house had we known more about the neighborhood. The contents of the house were clean but older and worn and need to be updated. Also, there is not Keurig coffee pot despite the description clearly saying that there is one. In addition, when I reached out to "Evolve" they told me that they cannot do anything about that and that I should contact the local property manager. I did attempt to do this multiple times but never received any reply at all during our stay. I would never stay at this house again!!!

Clean and comfortable
Stayed here with my college son to get out of Michigan for a few days. The home is clean and comfortable. The neighborhood may not be upscale or anything, but it was surprisingly quiet at night. Very close to all attractions. Kitchen is a little outdated but nothing to down grade my rating. Overall there is plenty of room for a family and it's super convenient.

Weekend getaway
This property was exceptionally clean. Linens were of great quality, nice and soft. Beds were comfortable. After spending the day walking in downtown and visiting the alamo, the hot tub was perfect to relax your tired legs. There is an electric gate at driveway which make you feel safe on this property. The neighborhood was quite and is close to all activities.

Work stay in San Antonio
The house was very comfortable. We had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The pool looked beautiful. The fenced yard makes it a nice quiet oasis.

Wonderful place
We had a wonderful girls weekend staying here. It’s in close proximity to all the tourist things. The pool and hot tub were fantastic! We enjoyed having our own separate bedrooms and baths as well. The place was very clean. I researched so many places before booking and this place did not disappoint! Would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again. Thank you!

Ring-of-Fire Eclipse viewing
The property was as described. The pool and outdoor grilling area was an exceptional viewing place for the Ring-of-Fire eclipse. I rarely need to contact a property manager on my stays but had two issues requiring support and in both cases received complete and timely satisfaction.

Great location
The house was clean. It had an amazing pool and a gas grill. There was plenty to room to spread out. The washer/dryer was nice too (less to pack knowing we could do laundry) and a nice size kitchen!

Diamond in the rough
We loved the place, the accommodations, cleanliness, “supplies,” the pool was great, security fences and auto gate were “comforting,” Neighborhood is a bit “rough around the edges,” but inside the fence, all was good! Well designed and maintained. Internet/cable TV was “problematic.” No Astros games at night and had to join Roku/Amazon Prime to get movies, and then the signal was “interrupted” a few times. Oh well. The place is worth visiting again!

Perfect getaway, private oasis!
Listen, if you’re looking for a three bedroom house in this area, get this one if you can! It’s a smaller house, but perfect for us with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! And the pool… oh the pool! It was fantastic as well as the hot tub! This was one of the cleanest VRBO’s we’ve stayed in, and Harvey was very easy to communicate with. Once that gate slides closed, you’re completely enclosed in your own little oasis. We heard no noise except fireworks on the 4th, which was fun to watch from the pool. We were close enough to the Alamo and caverns. Good, central location. We loved our stay here, and would definitely come back!!

Great smaller place!!!
The property was clean, smaller, just as the pictures showed. It was perfect for our group of 4 adults! Was great having the 3 bathrooms--one connected to the master bedroom, one off the twin beds room, and the other in the hall! All very clean! Loved the pool and hottub! Kind of small, but perfect for our small group! Great instructions on running them! Enjoyed the patio immensely! We stayed during a week of 90°s-so it warmed up nicely. There were barking dogs in the neighborhood, which was sketchy, but the property is gated, so seemed very safe and beautiful!

Very, very clean!
When we first arrived we were a little bit concerned about the neighborhood. It proved to be fine and fairly quiet, but our first impression was "sketchy". The property is small but well maintained. The best part is who ever is cleaning it--they are AMAZING. Everything was nice and clean including all of the kitchen drawers/ cabinets, bathrooms and bedrooms! It was convenient and even though it is small, the three bedrooms and three separate bathrooms worked well for our group. Beds were firm and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to replace some of the seating (more comfortable) in the living room/kitchen area. Couch is sort of uncomfortable and kitchen table is one of those "bar" height. Not great for playing cards or sitting for long periods. The front patio is a great place to sit in early morning for reading a book and feels private with the fence around it. Seating areas are nicer outside than inside.

This property is exactly what others described. Very nice within the walls of property. Yes the neighborhood is working class, but we never felt unsafe. Only negative staying was the one neighbors dog who yipped incessantly. Family really enjoyed stay.
