Centrally located in Downtown San Antonio, a few blocks from the 15 mile Riverwalk Mission Reach, 5 Breweries, 12+ Restaurants & Coffee Shops, Art Galleries & walking distance to Downtown. Enjoy my fully stocked kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances, cozy patio space w/ a gas grill & gas fire-pit, private garage & San Antonio's most walkable neighborhood! Great for a biz trip, weekend getaway or staycation.

Kitchen/Dining: Fully equipped with plates, cups, coffee mugs, wine glasses, utensils, pots/pans, toaster, blender, BBQ utensils, stainless steel refrigerator, 4 burner gas stove, microwave & dishwasher! The quartz counter has 2 bar stools for you to enjoy a quick bite or your morning coffee from the Keurig Coffee machine. The coffee area is stocked with creamer, sugar and K-Cups that are available to use. The dining area features 4 dining chairs and is conveniently located near the kitchen.

Living Room: Enjoy the open floor plan, high ceilings, & spacious living room. Netflix, Hulu, Disney, YouTube and more are available via the Smart TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available for all of your streaming/ internet needs.

Sleeping Quarters:

Master Bedroom- Get a great nights rest on the King size 'Puffy' Royal Hybrid memory foam mattress, luxury bedding, soft pillows, down comforter & a quilt (for the cooler nights). You will sleep like a baby, trust me! The window shade is a roll down blackout shade w/ blackout curtains.

The ensuite restroom features a glass shower with tile & a bench & a soaker tub. Double vanity with plenty of counter space. Fresh towels, linens & makeup towels are provided as well. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap are available for you to use and enjoy during your stay. A blow dryer is provided in the bathroom vanity drawer.

2nd Bedroom- Features a King size 'Puffy' Lux Hybrid memory foam mattress, luxury bedding, soft pillows, down comforter, & a quilt as well. The window shade is a roll down blackout shade. The 2nd full restroom is located in the 2nd bedroom.

The 2nd full bathroom features a glass shower with tile, rainfall shower head and a single vanity. Fresh towels, linens & makeup towels are provided as well. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap are available for you to use and enjoy during your stay. A blow dryer is provided in the bathroom vanity drawer.

3rd Bedroom- Features a Queen size 'Dream Cloud' Hybrid mattress, luxury bedding, soft pillows, down comforter, & a quilt as well. The window shade is a roll down blackout shade.

Living Room pull out couch- Features a Queen memory foam mattress. Additional linens, pillows, and blankets are provided in the master bedroom closet.

Other Details: The HVAC and Heater are in your control! Feel free to modify the temperature for your comfort. Please do not adjust the thermostat below 69 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing. There are plenty of windows in the house to provide natural light which offer a bright-open feel! Closing the shades and curtains will help keep the home temperature cooler.

Exterior: The home has a large front patio that features a cantilevered pergola with a gas fire pit, gas BBQ pit, and string lights creating a nice ambience in the evenings. Enjoy your morning coffee, or perhaps a class of wine on the comfortable sofa & chairs provided! There is also an outdoor dining table on the patio with 6 chairs for gathering. The rear of the home has a faux turf 'dog run' area.

Parking/ Fence: The 1 car garage parking is available for our guests to use. You may also use the driveway in front of the garage (2 cars MAX at the home). Other guests and cars may park on the street.

The entire home is yours to enjoy during your stay!

The Neighborhood:
Enjoy 5 Breweries nearby: Kunstler (.5 mi), Dos Sirenos (1 block, my favorite!), Blue Star Brewing (.4 mi), Dorcol Distilling & Brewing (.3 mi) and Freetail Brewing Co (1.2 mi).

The Riverwalk Mission Reach, named a World Heritage Site in 2015, is a few blocks away at the end of the street. You can walk into Downtown which is approx. 1.5 miles from the home. The neighborhood is very walkable with tons of restaurants & things to do, has an eclectic vibe with friendly locals and is very dog friendly. Enjoy live music, outdoor bars/ eateries, or hike/bike along the 15 miles of San Antonio Mission trail!

10 to 15 minute drive from the San Antonio Int'l Airport.

Getting Around:
The Lone Star/ Southtown is considered to be the most walkable neighborhood downtown with tons of restaurants and things to do within a 1 mile walk.

Uber, Lyft & Taxi's are available for mobile transportation, usually with only a few minutes wait. The scooters available nearby are Bird, Lime, and Razor. There's a B-Cycle Station (rental bikes) a 1/2 mile away on the river available for hourly or daily rental. There's also a VIA bus public transportation stop a short walk away.
