This home is a newly built DREAM house . It has a total of 4 bed rooms and 2 restrooms . 3 queen beds and 1 king in the master bedroom . Each of the 4 rooms includes a flatscreen TV ! the home also includes a movie theatre , separate from the 4 bedrooms . This home is currently our top of the line that we offer ! With a pool table , Xbox one , and a movie theatre there wonā€™t be to much of a reason to leave ! From the moment you walk in , the home is filled with life !

Great Stay and location

The place was big enough for all of our family and our kids loved it. It had a park one house over that we were able to take the kids to play at and HEB and many other stores were close too.

I like the futuristic vision in the house that the owner created. Great location to Lackland and nearby restaurants and stores. Made our getting around easy and comfortable. Ample room to move around in the house.

Great amenities

Overall, this is a beautifully designed property. The pool table and movie theatre are definitely highlights. The property manager was very attentive to our needs. I feel some things should have been checked prior to us arriving so we didn't have to call them. One of the pool sticks did not have a tip on it and there were issues hooking up the Xbox. He came to replace it and he had to hook up Wi-fi for X-box to work. Xbox is an older version. He did apologize for not having the the grass cut. At first I didn't think it was a big deal but by the 2nd day, weeds like to grow fast. It was very unappealing sitting on the back porch or pulling into the driveway. We reached out and they had the grass cut within a day or 2. Like other reviews, kitchen is bare basics which I did mention to them while I was there. I planned on using plastic everything so it didn't bother me necessarily. Since there are detailed guidelines on how to use the movie theatre, they should have a detailed book about the property and kitchen items the guest is responsible for as well. If items disappear, they will be charged, but it should be replaced for the next guest. It should also contain garbage day. Overall, beautiful property and they are attentive to your needs but they should be sure other things are taken care of prior to people arriving so you can enjoy your trip and not have to reach out them about things that, to me, are no brainers when renting.

House wasnā€™t very clean - dirty walls, dirty pool table, found dried ramen noodles on the floor, sheets with hairs on them, nightstand table tops dirtySo many lights with no instructions on how to turn them off. Supposedly sleeps 15, but a couch that accommodates 4 at best, listing showed 6 seats around dining table, but we only had 4.One of the theatre chairs was broken. Theatre volume was so loud & no way to turn it down, made it no fun to even stay in there. Poor quality sheets, slipped off the mattress all night long - found previous guestā€™s earbuds in our bed. Only 1 roll of toilet paper allotted for each bathroom. I had to reach out to rep to get more. Worst VRBO experience Iā€™ve ever had.

Great for large group and entertaining

Lots of room and fun things to do if you want to just chill after BMT graduation including the movie theater, pool table, and xbox. Some additional provided conveniences would have improved our experiences, such as either working batteries or charging cable for the xbox remotes (both which we purchased and left for future guests), a few laundry soap pods, more than 1 dishwasher pod for longer staying guests, etc. All in all the theater made this a great stay for our group. Great and courteous communications with property manager.

The check in and check out weā€™re easy. The host called to give a number if we needed anything and did respond quickly when we called. There were no hangers and no hair dryer available. The beds weā€™re comfortable but the pillows were pretty flat. There was a small park a couple of houses away that we went to.the moxie theater and pool table were nice to have. The location was close to the air force base

Best Comfortable Stay

My family and I was in San Antonio for my niece graduation at Lackland Air-Force Base. The house was 11 mins away. Its was 6 mins from Walmart. The house was very clean and it felt just like being at home. It was 10 of us staying at the house. The beds was very comfortable. We cooked at the house during our stay. The provided dishes was everything we needed to prepare our meals. We spent much of our time outside on the back porch. It was a nice fenced in yard with nice patio furniture for seating. I messaged the house host to find something at the house and they answered very quickly. If we are ever back in the city we will definitely stay back at this house.

Colorful Vibe

My family stayed here one night. We spent the day at sea world and needed some extra space to crash after a long day. It worked well for what we needed. Although itā€™s still a good 20 min away. We enjoyed being able to come back and whine down in the movie room. The house has some cool features. The only thing I would say was there are little signs that say ā€œno oil on the beddingā€ in every roomā€¦so thatā€™s odd. Must be a real problemā€¦šŸ˜³. And some of the bedding sheets were mismatched and the bottom sheets on the master bed kept coming untucked while we slept which was annoying. But it was clean and the management team were kind and helpful and got back to us with a question we had about the tv even though it was late at night. The backyard wasnā€™t in great condition but we didnā€™t need to be out there so it didnā€™t bother us. Reminds me of a bachelor pad.

Wonderful stay!

Property was exactly as advertised, clean and spacious. We did have to contact management for a code and their response was almost immediate with a follow-up the next day to be sure everything was still okay. The theater room was a great way to relax and end each day as a group. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect home for Lackland visitors

We had a great time at this home. My son was graduating from BMT at Lackland and it was so convenient. The pool table was lots of fun and the movie room was AMAZING! The landlord was responsive when we had a small maintenance issue and responded immediately. 10/10, highly recommend!

Much better than the pictures and reviews

This place was much more than we expected it to be. Looked much nicer in person than the pictures. Very clean, very fast communication, felt they were always available if i ever needing anything. We were a bit skeptical with booking because we seen a few previous reviews mentioning lack of cooking ware, and we plan to cook. But when we cooked they had full drawers of cooking ware and also plenty of pots and pans. So im not sure if they have added more stuff since then, however there was definitely everything available we needed. The only thing that wasnā€™t available was salt, pepper, seasonings. But i called the host and they informed me they purposely do not provide edible items from one guest to another. They explained if a previous guest mixed salt and sugar together or anything that looks like salt or sugar they wouldnt be able to tell. Which I completely understood. So many stores less than 5 minutes away so this wasnā€™t an issue at all. There was coffee and kcups, with sugar and cream individually packed available. Overall all very very beautiful home and much more than we were expecting especially considering the price. in my opinion this home should be priced alot higher. We will definitely be coming back. Me and my husband have stayed at many short term rentals over the years and this was forsure the highest quality one we have ever been to.

Beautiful home!

This home was perfect for our family!! Lots of room. Very modern. Great place for the teens to hang out and we loved the theater room. Communication with the host was great and they are very responsive. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is (I know itā€™s hot outside) BUT I think the A/C unit needs an upgrade to a bigger one. For most of the stay it was 78-80Ā° inside during the day. At night it would cool off tho. All and all we had a great time!
