THE RESIDENCE
Located on the building’s 1st floor with 5 steps up to the entrance, Southtown Studio Especial has everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience. An elegant and fully equipped kitchen, open living area with queen bed and full-size sleeper sofa, and private 3-piece bath are styled with modern, high-end design and meticulous attention to detail. Free Wi-Fi, Spectrum cable, and an HDMI cable to iPhone connector is readily available to watch TV shows and movies on the TV from your phone. A Keurig coffee machine, complimentary curbside street parking, and on-site laundromat add to the list of thoughtful guest amenities.

Quiet and Convenient Location
This cozy little studio was very quiet and reasonably priced, and it's located in a lovely neighborhood that is conveniently located to the Riverwalk, the Alamo, etc. The check-in process was easy, and the hosts were very responsive to questions. While we didn't need it, it was nice to know that we had access to the laundry area as well.

SOUTHTOWN SAN ANTONIO
Thoroughly enjoyed our two day stay at Joe and Stephanie's efficiency unit in the gorgeous and peaceful Southtown neighborhood in San Antonio!! The unit was spotlessly maintained and very convenient to the downtown area and a variety of restaurants right in the area. We would definitely opt to stay again on any return trip to the San Antonio area!!

Property is exactly as shown on the site. I felt safe with 3 keyless entries.The apartment is perfect for singles and couples. Plenty of extra blankets and towels and bath products.The only recommendation I have, is better pots and pans on the kitchen, as someone who cooked most of their meals while visiting. The neighborhood was quiet and immaculate. The locaton is perfect, within walking distance to restaurants, The Riverwalk, the Alamo and Towers of America. Would definitely stay here again. a

Fantastic neighborhood. Quiet yet close to everything. The unit was small and compact but perfect for a couple. Everything necessary was provided. You do need quarters to use the laundry so bring a roll with you.

Great little place
Everything was nice and clean when we arrived. We had an issue with the water pressure when we got in and Joe came out and fixed it promptly. We never had any other issues the rest of the weekend and appreciates the quick service from our hosts. The studio apartment was in the historic King William district so it was just beautiful to walk through. Would stay here again!

The perfect first stay with Vrbo!
This was my first time to use Vrbo and travel alone with my daughter and wow.. The home and location are beautiful and the hosts were so considerate of our needs; from the provided water bottles in the fridge to the robes in the closet (my daughter felt so fancy, Lol). It was perfect for the two of us and we felt very safe, which is huge for me. It honestly felt like our home away from home. If this is what Vrbo is all about, I'll never stay at a hotel again. Loved where we stayed! The room was very clean and comfortable! We had a little trouble getting in (but totally our fault) called our host and they came over within 5 minutes to help us get in. Highly recommended booking this unit. We chose to walk to the attractions and take a Uber back. The cost of an Uber one way is cheaper than paying to park.

Nice little flat in a nice neighbourhood
The apartment is clean and in a great neighbourhood in San Antonio’s Southtown / King William district. There are a lot of bars and restaurants available to reach by foot (for example the Guenther house with amazing breakfast just a 5 min walk away). Check in was super easy and if there were any questions we could text the owners and get a super fast reply. The kitchen in the apartment has all supplies needed for a 2-week stay and there are extra blankets and a washer / dryer room in the building. Bathroom was clean and nice, only the water pressure was a little low. Generally we had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Perfect Location, Great Stay in San Antonio!
Communication with Stephanie and Joe was unmatched, they got back to me immediately. We attended a concert at the Alamodome, and didn't have to deal with the chaos of traffic and ubers, we could walk there and got some dinner on the way. Definitely a great place to stay to explore San Antonio.

We had a wonderful time and liked the neighborhood very much and is within walking distance to the river walk and the fact we didn't have to pay for parking which is very expensive if you end up staying closer to the alamo and river walk

Small but great
This property was in a great location easily walkable to lots of food and bars. It was very clean and the description matched what I expected. I gave the rating a 4 only because the bathroom water pressure was very poor and the hot water heater needed turned up. The shower didn’t get very hot at all. Otherwise it’s a very quiet nice condo to stay in.
