THE RESIDENCE
Located on the building’s 1st floor with 5 steps up to the entrance, Southtown Studio Especial has everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience. An elegant and fully equipped kitchen, open living area with queen bed and full-size sleeper sofa, and private 3-piece bath are styled with modern, high-end design and meticulous attention to detail. Free Wi-Fi, Spectrum cable, and an HDMI cable to iPhone connector is readily available to watch TV shows and movies on the TV from your phone. A Keurig coffee machine, complimentary curbside street parking, and on-site laundromat add to the list of thoughtful guest amenities.

Great studio apartment in King Williams
The apartment is perfectly located for a trip downtown and close to the River Walk. The King William neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The apartment has everything you need to prepare meals and provides toiletries and coffee. It is very clean and well-maintained. We highly recommend it

The perfect first stay with Vrbo!
This was my first time to use Vrbo and travel alone with my daughter and wow.. The home and location are beautiful and the hosts were so considerate of our needs; from the provided water bottles in the fridge to the robes in the closet (my daughter felt so fancy, Lol). It was perfect for the two of us and we felt very safe, which is huge for me. It honestly felt like our home away from home. If this is what Vrbo is all about, I'll never stay at a hotel again. Thank you again to the Flores'.

Loved where we stayed! The room was very clean and comfortable! We had a little trouble getting in (but totally our fault) called our host and they came over within 5 minutes to help us get in. Highly recommended booking this unit. We chose to walk to the attractions and take a Uber back. The cost of an Uber one way is cheaper than paying to park.

Nice little flat in a nice neighbourhood
The apartment is clean and in a great neighbourhood in San Antonio’s Southtown / King William district. There are a lot of bars and restaurants available to reach by foot (for example the Guenther house with amazing breakfast just a 5 min walk away). Check in was super easy and if there were any questions we could text the owners and get a super fast reply. The kitchen in the apartment has all supplies needed for a 2-week stay and there are extra blankets and a washer / dryer room in the building. Bathroom was clean and nice, only the water pressure was a little low. Generally we had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Perfect Location, Great Stay in San Antonio!
Communication with Stephanie and Joe was unmatched, they got back to me immediately. We attended a concert at the Alamodome, and didn't have to deal with the chaos of traffic and ubers, we could walk there and got some dinner on the way. Definitely a great place to stay to explore San Antonio.

Great stay
We had a wonderful time and liked the neighborhood very much and is within walking distance to the river walk and the fact we didn't have to pay for parking which is very expensive if you end up staying closer to the alamo and river walk

Small but great
This property was in a great location easily walkable to lots of food and bars. It was very clean and the description matched what I expected. I gave the rating a 4 only because the bathroom water pressure was very poor and the hot water heater needed turned up. The shower didn’t get very hot at all. Otherwise it’s a very quiet nice condo to stay in.

Just the right amount of space for two in beautiful historic neighborhood
We visited San Antonio for a family reunion at another location and wanted a nice, quiet space just for me and my husband for before and after the festivities. This studio was the perfect amount of space for the two of us, during our 4 night stay. Beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood with close walking vicinity to all of the popular tourist attractions, if not a short 5-10 minute drive at most. Clean interior with thoughtful touches like shampoo, conditioner, bugspray, etc. It was in the mid to high 90's during our stay and the A/C worked perfectly.

Was moved to another location because of double booking. The new place was nice but it was right next to a giant air conditioning unit as loud as a jet engine. I had to sleep in the living room with ear plug’s.

Rental Gem in Southtown
Wow, this studio is awesome! Very well appointed and nicely decorated. It is a studio but it has been layed out so well that it seems much bigger. Very well located, close to Riverwalk entrance and 1 block from restaurants and bars in King William's district. Owners have provided a lot of information about the area and some great recommendations for eating out. Must try Little Ems (pricy but top quality) and Liberty Bar.
