"The Cozy Micro-Brew Home was a fabulous stay! Our family of four was comfortable and our stay, simple. Yes, the home is older, but we knew that. The home was well equipped for our needs-coffee was a perk! Many amenities if we forgot something. The location was ideal…walking trails, quaint shops, delicious food options, grocery, awesome! The Stones Throw Brewery offered a delightful option to try your local brews-and they were GREAT! Staff and options, top notch! Great communication, thank you....

"Loved the fireplace, loved the view, loved stargazing on the deck, the little walk way to get closer to the water (though a bit steep and slippery), loved that each bedroom faced the water, loved cooking in kitchen. So much convenience and comfort. Really appreciated all the attention to detail. Before we arrived, Matt setup the small christmas tree and lights as well as got the fireplace ready to light. We got to meet him as we arrived and he had so many recommendations of places to go and see....

"Rosebud is a gracious, comfortable, welcoming home with a gorgeous view night and day. Perfect for a family getaway with a well equipped kitchen and large dining table. There were just three adults in our family group, each with our own bedroom. It was early December and cold so we appreciated the fireplace with remote and the long table to work a puzzle and play games, and the large screen t.v. for streaming sappy Christmas movies! "It looks like a classic farmhouse from the outside. The interior is open, airy and light filled. 4 good sized bedrooms, 2 3/4 baths and a lavatory. The kitchen is equipped for a full house and the dining room will accommodate a crowd. "Overall this was a great stay. The listing was accurate and the space clean. It’s downstairs from another rental so we could hear some footsteps overhead but not too noisy. Nice shower with plenty of pressure and hot water. TV requires registering with an Amazon account but we were able to deregister it easily before leaving. Only issue we had was with check in: the information was not sent over from Vrbo but thankfully the host was responsive and we were able to get into the unit after waiting...
