The reservoir Ilztal is within walking distance. Despite the very quiet location, the farm is close to town - Passau is only a few kilometers. For relaxation, our rustic wood sauna, which can be used for a fee. With the fully equipped kitchen and the numerous regional and organic shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity, they are well supplied and get a sense of country life.


You reach the courtyard parking lot via an outside staircase through the separate entrance to your holiday home. The tasteful decor with lots of wood, immediately arouse holiday feelings. They arrive and find peace and relaxation. From the balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surroundings. In about 500 meters away, the Ilzstausee is a very nice swimming. The unique location of Passau on the three rivers Danube, Inn and Ilz is very popular with hikers and cyclists alike. Many hiking and river bike trails start, end or cross here. The city of Passau offers a special flair with its many sights and the baroque old town.
