The house was clean & has everything you need. Looks just like the pictures. The property manager was very responsive to our questions. Cons The yard was overgrown and unkept. "They have thought of everything! A relaxing and majestic property. The pool is beautiful and there are games to play if you are feeling competitive or multiple places to relax and enjoy the peacefulness. We would absolutely stay here again. "

"This property is magical. The pool surrounded by mountain and ranch scenery can not be beat. Fruit trees! The kitchen has everything, the bedrooms are all adorable. Plenty of space. Had the best Bachelorette party."

"Lovely home with spacious rooms and big pool/backyard! Bring your own board games and cooking supplies. Board games aren’t super kid friendly and we love to cook so not having a good blender and coffee brewer made us rate the house a 4 star! "

"Really better than expected. The property is not missing a thing. The best location, clean, quiet, and has everything needed for a wonderful experience."

"Location was in a nice neighborhood that was quiet and felt safe. House was in good repair and clean. Beds were comfortable. Deck around pool seems like it’s ready to be replaced (quite a few soft spots that made us off balanced) but having a pool and hot tub was a plus. Would also have liked a full sized coffee maker instead of the little 5 cup. "

Owner was responsive, however, we needed extra bedding but didn’t get them for the night. Turns out I did not use an after hours line, so you want to be careful when you call. Some basic supplies like coffee, sugar, oil in the house would have been nice. There’s no grocery near by."

"The property was amazing. It had great views and the house was very nice. There isn’t water access and the fire pit was filled in with dirt so we couldn’t use it. The pictures made it seem like we could access the river but was not the case. Other than that the property was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Everything was in good working order."

"The house was huge. Great location. Plenty of space to cook and rest and play. We played in the river, cooked meals and got to spend some much needed quality time with old friends."

"We had a great stay and will visit again. In range for coast and redwoods day trips, plenty of options in the area to swim, hike, fish, float, etc. The kitchen has plenty of dishes for cooking a proper meal when you bring back goodies from the coast. Don't miss the abundant blackberries in the area if you are visiting in summer."
