"We came for a wedding nearby and to celebrate my mother's Birthday. This property was excellent, great location with wonderful shops all within walking distance. The charm of the home was what made this a great stay. Perryville is a quaint community filled with wonderful people that is well worth a visit. No other property could offer the experience that we had. "

"The surrounding property is low income but we met several of the elderly neighbors one was actually Santa Claus. I went out early on a Saturday morning to see an elderly man with his bright red trousers with big fuzzy white cuffs feeding his cat. He was getting dressed to play Santa Claus on the Santa train in nearby Versailles, Kentucky. The house is old but extremely clean with comfortable beds and well supplied kitchen. There’s a nearby bakery the outstanding in very easy walking distance....

"Very nice place to go. Very quiet with a view of a body of water. It's a hideaway but close enough to civilization. Only thing i would change is the location to the number on the cabins. Difficult to see those at night. The property manager was a great help. Gas up and check it out. "

"We stayed for a long weekend to go to a few burbon trail stops and sightseeing in Louisville and Lexington. Quiet, peaceful, stocked with everything we needed. "Very disappointed in the upkeep of the home. There is no pride of ownership. Worn and pealing deck. Caps missing from deck posts. Chunk of siding has a hole in it. Worn and pealing interior wood floors. Mismatched furniture and wood tops on several nightstands and tables are pealing. Family room overhead light did not work. Mismatched bulbs in overhead kitchen. Bedroom Curtains held back with rubberbands which had to be removed to close for privacy. This place feels unloved and it shows.For the...
