"Spent several nights at home for our anniversary. House was nestled in woods, away from it all and remote, which was just what we needed. Well maintained, clean, and quiet. Hot tub was a great touch and added to the Overall experience. We traveled to town for foods as needed. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a couples vacation. "

"I am an avid fisherman and the weekend forecast for Lake Holston October 11-13th was awesome - I booked this last minute and could not be happier ! The home is everything you see with an expansive view down the hill from the rear porch to a wooded area. Minutes from Painter Creek Marina. And I am now a Nespresso fan !"

"I loved this place. I’ve stayed at a lot of cabins throughout the Appalachians. This one is very rare in actually being located deep in the woods, providing a ton of privacy and beautiful nature. The cabin itself is on a private driveway and backed up against secluded woods. It’s also decorated very well. We loved the first and second floor balconies allowing you to sit outside and read and relax, not to mention the hammock. I would give the owner feedback more than 5 stars if I could. They left...

"I took my 85-year-old mother and her 86-year-old friend for a weekend in Abington. We went to the Barter theater and dinner reservations in town. The location was perfect. The house was perfect. Everyone had their own space. We had great times on the front porch. Great times around the kitchen table. Great times in the living room. Thank you for such a perfect house and a great weekend!"
