Rural Cottage Within Easy Access Of The Coast, The Moors And Plymouth City

Please note - bookings are for a Friday to Friday. It may be possible to book a shorter or longer holiday starting on a different day but please enquire first and we will do what we can to assist you. Wheel Cottage is a delightful detached cottage within its owns grounds and in Peaceful rural setting approximately one mile from the village of Landrake. From the parking on the gravelled driveway the cottage is entered through the front door and into the open-plan living area. The cottage is ideally suited to couples of all ages and provides a peaceful and relaxing break for those seeking the opportunity to enjoy the surrounding area, and indeed further afield in Cornwall.
1 dog is welcome at £30.00 per week, payable on arrival. Please advise us if you intend bringing a dog with you.

A place to relax
We stayed there for just under a week meeting friends and family. Great location in a quiet spot greeted by host on arrival the place exactly as listed. Went to Roadford Lake and Stithians Lake during stay loved the visit we will be back again.

Diana met us upon arrival and immediately suggested we unwind with tea which was ready to prepare. This is perfect for a single person, couple, or one child who wants to sleep on a sofa. In addition to a the spacious rooms, is also a washer and dryer which is very convenient. She also had farm eggs and apple juice ready for us, too. Know that the lane to the cottage off the A road is very narrow. It is also little traveled. Parking was all good. We were able to easily push out from here on day trips. It is central to a region of attractive sites. I would stay here again if in the area.

Zentrale Lage, trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen mitten im Grünen. Nette Vermieter, das Häuschen liebevoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Terrasse mit Nachmittagssonne. Allerdings keine Ausgehmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.

We had a nice relaxing holiday at Wheel Cottsge. The property was in a good location for us. Plymouth is just over the Tamar bridge and Looe is not far away. Weather was excellent. Enjoyed the little welcome pack and free range eggs

It was really nice to meet the owner. She is very friendly. Lovely place. Clean and cosy. There is no one to disturb you. The only neighbours are the birds. It was pleasure to be there.

Wheel Cottage is really beautiful ❤️
The rooms were very nice, cleaned and lovely welcome a basket of essentials from the hostess. We were also enjoyed watching birds outside in the garden every morning and nice quiet on farm area not far drive to Looe, Polperro (south coasts), Dartmoor Natural Park & Plymouth.

Perfect in every way
Arriving at the cottage you see the beautifully kept gardens so much colour. The cottage was wonderful everything you could think of was there. There were flowers on the table, eggs,home made Apple juice which was lovely, fudge and milk in the fridge. The cottage was really comfy and plenty of room for two. It was nice to have a very comfy bed . Every room was so clean and fresh looking. The garden was so very special as we had an array of birds but the highlight was a woodpecker which was back and forth all the time so wonderful to see. We would certainly recommend this cottage. If we find ourselves in Cornwall again we will be stopping there again it's such a peaceful

Great value! Small cottage next to owners home. Clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a short break. Ideal for a visit to Plymouth if you prefer not to stay in the city centre.
