Great Place
I brought my golf team to town for a college tournament. This location was perfect. It was close to food options and the golf course. The house had all kitchen utensils and appliances needed to feed 7 hungry girls. The sleep arraignments were perfect, and the space in the laundry room was perfect to hold all the golf clubs. We will stay here again!

good house, strange communication
The house is just as described, it was clean and well furnished. The icemaker and water dispenser was broken on the freezer which leads you to wonder what else doesn't work, but all else seemed to be well serviced. Communication with the host was acceptable but rather stilted and uncomfortable. Throughout the process I received constant lists of rules and what appeared to be AI generated responses, I wondered if i was ever dealing with an actual person or a bot. Everything worked out fine, but I did not feel welcomed, rather I felt as if I was under suspicion and mistrusted. We were a group of over 40 year old women in town for a conference on natural eating and lifestyle...we felt like we were suspect at all times...a good enough house,,,,a strange vibe !!

Great property!
The house was just as advertised and perfect for our large group. Everyone had their own space when needed. Leslie was very prompt in her responses and was extremely helpful. She also gave very thorough instructions which were wonderful! We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect for our family ski getaway
Leslie’s communication was spot on. Check in was simple. The thermostat was set for winter. We were there in mid April. Warm day. Reached out to Leslie, and she fixed remotely immediately. Would highly recommend this vacation home for a Salt Lake family getaway.

Owner Watches Cameras
Once booking the house I got emailed a set of rules. When it got closer to my check in date I got sent more rules. Then the day before check in I was told that there were cameras on the property for “security purposes” if I would have know there were cameras ahead of time I wouldn’t have rented the place especially with there being a camera looking strictly into the hot tub. The camera is not for security it’s to watch you. My friends were in the hot tub topless and the owner came the next day showing me the video of us in the hot tub, which btw you can only see the hot tub on the video, not the back door or anything else, so this is not for your security. She showed me the video and try to extort me, saying that if I didn’t pay her off she would report me.
