This Beautiful executive home sleeps 14 and offers all the extras and features a spacious deck and patio for outdoor entertaining. From the moment you enter, the vaulted ceilings, spacious living room and classic furnishings make you feel right at home and provide a luxurious and comfortable space to relax or entertain.

The master bedroom features a California king size bed, big screen TV and private deck with sunset view. The master bathroom offers a large jacuzzi tub and shower.
A huge half acre backyard features a beautiful waterfall, outdoor hot tub and patio dining for 20 people with luxurious outdoor furniture surrounding an inviting gas fire pit where you can even roast marsh mellows or hot dogs over the flame. It is perfect for outdoor entertaining and a summer bar-b-q.
The yard also has a full size 14’ sunken trampoline and swing set for kids. The gas plumbed grill makes outdoor cooking easy.

A beautiful dining room seats up to 10 people and connects to a large kitchen that features a spacious dining bar and stools for casual or formal dining.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you will need to cook and entertain.

The entire home is clean & spacious. Each room has a unique design, a offers a queen size bed and a Flat screen TV.

Front room, Separate dining area, large kitchen and family room are the common areas. 100 gallon hot water heater for your convenience.
All areas are non smoking.

Bedroom 1; Master; California King bed and sofa single bed, own bath with shower and tub and separate walk out balcony.
Bedroom 2; Queen bed with twin trundle shared bathtub/shower.
Bedroom 3; Queen bed with twin trundle shared bathtub/shower.
Additional beds; A full Murphy bed is in the main floor and a separate queen mattress with bedding is available and can be set up between front and dining room, as well as a rollaway twin.
We love hosting families and convention attendees but
large, loud parties are not permitted and will be asked to leave with no refund.

Family get together
This is the second time We have stayed and we loved just as much as out first time . Love the deck and thr back yard super fun to set up yard games in. Slept like a baby in th comfy beds.. views of the valley are amazing

The Check-in: Checked in at 4:00 PM and put away all of our "stuff". 4:30 PM another party unlock the front door and walk in. Yep, we are both "confirmed" for the next three nights in this home. On and off the phone with the "Host" for the next hour as she tries to find another suitable rental house. During this time the host explains: Although I booked my stay weeks ahead of the other party, the other party's reservation/confirmation has priority because they booked thru Air B&B while I booked thru VRBO. Long story short, the Host was finally able to find another available rental home in the area and the other party was gracious and agreed to take the alternate property. The Property: The Good: Beautiful home, nicely landscaped, Well appointed kitchen, Bedrooms, and all living areas. Nice hot tub and trampoline. We couldn't find the bean bags for the available "Corn-Hole" game. The Property: The Not-So-Good: Took a shower in the upstairs MBR. Water started leaking thru the kitchen ceiling below so the MBR shower and Jacuzzi tub were "out of order" for the duration of our stay. "Lip-Prints" were found on "clean" glasses in the kitchen cabinets and obviously used and easily cleaned dirty cookware was found in the cabinets below. I know "things happen" and the plumbing issue could be just our bad luck. But the "double booking" and the dirty glasses and dirty cookware are unacceptable. Fix these issues and this would be a 5-Star Property

Open house reception
We rented the house for family to stay in and to hold a reception in the back yard. I can’t say enough good things about Allison. She was so accommodating and helpful. Our reception could not have gone better. Also the beds are very comfortable; the deck is a great place to hang out, and the kitchen is well stocked in terms of dishes, etc. Everything was very clean, and the location is perfect for jaunts up the canyon.

Perfect place for our team!
Well kept, well stocked, beautiful house and property. Location was perfect, had enough space for our archery team and chaperones without being on top of each other, and was a great place to relax between competition rounds. Close to everything but in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Was a perfect location for us.

Daughter’s WGU Master’s Graduation
This property is amazing. The house is beautiful with plenty of sleeping but the backyard is absolutely stunning. The property owner has created the perfect tranquil place to rest and relax. Not to mention to view from the driveway is breathtaking. I am so happy we selected this house for our stay.

Beautiful home
This home was great for our group of 12. We made use of the fully stocked kitchen and dining area. We absolutely loved the backyard and hot tub. The host was easy to work with and great with communication back and forth. She even went out of her way to help us with a bag one of our girls left behind. Great place!

We rented this house to host a graduation party. It worked out perfectly with the large backyard, deck, and plenty of outdoor furniture. Kitchen was well stocked and the island was perfect for serving. Would rent again! Only issue was the grill needed some repairs, TLC/cleaning.

Much Needed Vacation
Although the snow on the mountains didn’t cooperate, our stay was great. The location was fantastic. Any questions I had about the property were answered quickly. The house worked out well although I wish the recyclables were collected more frequently. I thought it was particularly thoughtful to have coffee and tea available. I would definitely book this place again. Thank you Allison!

Excellent house and great location.
Rented this house for our annual ski trip. The house was very comfortable and located close to the slopes. The amenities were as advertised. The hot tub was a perfect addition to a day of skiing. Communication with the property manager could not have been better. Highly recommend.

Fabulous vacation home!
We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home which had everything a person could want. Big back yard, hot tub, kitchen stocked with the essentials, comfortable beds, great location for a ski trip (about 20 min drive to Alta & Snowbird), nice quiet neighborhood with great views of the mountains. The owner was very, very responsive and kind. We loved every second of our stay and we'd certainly stay here again when we return to UT. Highly recommended!

We had a great time and this house suited us for the 9 day stay. Just a couple minor things when we arrived but they were taken care of and the owner is very responsive. Location was great so easy to get groceries and get to the ski resorts.

The owner was responsive to all communications in a timely manner. We had issues with cleanliness, new cleaning crew did not do a great job, but Ali was quick to do whatever she could to right the situation. For that, I am thankful. We were not aware ahead of time that someone is living in the mother in law suite below - that was not a problem. We were also not aware that the garage is full of items that groups of people came in and out to retrieve during our stay. A head's up would have been less startling when the garage doors and several folks arrived to go in and out while we were there. The house itself is in a great location with a beautiful backyard that would have been perfect for a large group with kids. A few areas could afford an update, such as the pots/pans, coffee maker, cooking utensils, but they served their purpose fine. It really is a great location - close to everything.

Legit home away from home!
We had a blast for our relatively annual Salt Lake trip from Montana. This was probably the best VRBO to date as it seemed within 10min of everything we did for the week (Aquarium, mini-golf, game centers, shopping, Real SL stadium, etc.). Allison was attentive answering any kind of message or was proactive in just checking-in. They're on-site, so there's always a helping hand if need be. The house had everything you could imagine you may need or forgot at home (every kitchen thing ever, cables, extra bedding, and so on). The multi-level backyard was wonderful and the kids stuff and fire-pit/hot tub were great amenities as well. Each TV has some kind of cable or streaming device for downtime. Driveway could probably hold 4 cars or so and the neighborhood seemed pretty quiet the week we were there. There's a nice grocery not too far one way and a Wal-Mart going the other way that serves you nicely for eats and whatnot. End of the day, it truly has every creature-comfort of home, is perfectly located for almost everything Salt Lake (even wasn't bad driving to the Great Saltair for a concert), and Allison is definitely the hostess with the mostess as she's great!! We won't hesitate to stay again sometime in the future. Hope this helps anyone on the fence.
