Checklist: Look in the tub, toilet and sinks for any dirt or debris, wash it away. Large cans near the garage green is garbage, blue is recycle and brown is for garden waste.
No need to rent a car you can get around easier and cheaper with public transit and/or ride sharing. This property is rented full time that means booking with us you can be assured that we won't cancel on you because mom is in town for the weekend.

You have access to pots, pans, cookware, built in cutting boards, coffee maker, salt, sugar, pepper, silverware, plates, dishes, cups, laundry soap, dryer sheets, bleach, etc. If it is in the house you are free to use it. We have also supplied plungers, toilet scrubbers, brooms, dustpans, soap, dish scrubbers, dish drying racks, paper towels, and ample toilet paper.... feel free to use those too.
You will be staying in a house with two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, entryway, living room and a shared laundry room.
We send you the entry code and your free to roam.
If you are looking for more personalized attention and would like advice where to go what to do, we will provide that too.
Set back behind one of Utah's most iconic buildings, the Utah state capitol. You are at the center of everything you need. 1/2 block walk to the east and down the hill you will find memory grove. A portion of the park is an off collar dog park, the other half is full of historical sites and memorials.
If you are visiting on the weekend and would like to attend any particular church services, please let us know to which ones so we can locate them and the appropriate time for attending.
One of my favorite pass times is to take a walk on the immaculately manicured paths around the capitol or relaxing inside.

From our home to anywhere down town your travel is free see picture for free fare zone. Limited Saturday and Sunday Service also available.
Across the street on the top of the hill is a bus stop that can take you anywhere you want to go. Immediately down the hill is our light rail system known as TRAX that takes you to and from the airport, as far east as sugar house, as far south as Draper and Harriman, and as far west as west valley. Seriously easy to get relatively anywhere you need. If you plan your route ahead of time you can even take public transportation to many of our skii resorts.
However... you may not need any of it as all of downtown Salt Lake is within walking distance.

We have found when our guest do their part it works out better for us and we can return the favor by saving them money. In the end we are all do our part as an Airbnb family, we all benefit.

Pet fees $50/week. At the back of the house there are cans for waste. The green can is garbage. Blue is recycling. Brown is for leaves and grasses etc. Please do not put garbage in the blue recycling or the the brown can. The city gets upset and won't pick them up if you do. Then I'll have to ask you to remove the garbage and put it in the correct can. If the green cans are full feel free to find another green can on the street, if there are none send me a message and I'll help you out. Be respectful to all around you, do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
Please only Eat and drink in the kitchen, clean up any spills quickly, and take off shoes upon entering.
As there are other Airbnb units at this property we ask all to be mindful of parking so others can exit the drive way and that noise levels be kept lower during the late nights and early mornings.
Please clean up messes and please use a towel that has already been ruined if you need to remove makeup, nail polish... etc should be removed using one of the colored towels and not the nice white ones. (yeah I know.. you know.. but you'd be surprised at the number of towels ruined, thank you for still reading you're great!)
In order to help keep our prices low for our guests we ask all of our guests to clean up after them selves generally.
