This home is wonderfully decorated bedrooms and 2 baths. It will also have 2 Kitchens and to TV viewing areas. Home is located perfectly in the valley! 20 mins to Down town , 20 to Ski Resorts and 18 to the Airport. Please is located so perfectly getting you anywhere hi need in a hurry! All I live close so I can there in 5 min if needed. Not to many neighbors so place stays nice and quiet. Bus schedule so easy here you can head up to the lift. (30 day rental only)

Given fair warning of some of the things that were broken or needed to be fixed. Appreciated that. I just feel like they need to take a break from renting it out and complete it all. The layout of the house was awesome with 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 downstairs. 2 full baths, one up one down. 2 living rooms one up one down. The hit tub was not up to par. Smelled off and a bit slimy. They were coming the next day, Wednesday for maintenance. We checked out that day though. So we didn't use it. Wifi didnt pop up at all for us for 2 days. The vents, both intake and out need drastic cleaning. Stair handrail breaking. ALL different codes for each door was strange. Some door handles completely broken. Shower in basement cracked. Paint. Simple paint jobs all over the house would drastically make it more inviting. AGAIN! They emailed me prior to some things that were wrong. So they are currently fixing many! The location was AMAZING. Went for a snowboarding trip and it was centrally located for us. Perfect. Being right on a main road was a bit loud at times. If they get some cosmetic fixes in I'd absolutely stay again. But eye sores and basic things needing fixed it a bad impression. They communicated well and even left a treat upon departure. I did enjoy our stay, but wanted it known of the things wrong. Nothing is perfect, but they're aiming for it with fixing them!

Wedding at the capital
The state of the house was amazing (clean, organized and warm) we were able to get in and get out quickly All the information was clearly posted there was no guesswork on who to contact how to make contact how to get into the house or how to do anything in the home we truly appreciate it everything the house had to offer. It met all of our needs for our friend's wedding at the Capitol. This was far better than any hotel and we truly truly love the location

Unique home with plenty of space but…
We were happy to have a space to stay while attending an event. This home had great space where our family could spread out. There are a few things I believe prospective stays should be aware of which I did share with the host but a response was not received. 1. Air conditioning does not work properly. The house was 80 degrees when we arrived. That is miserable. On a sunny day, the house did not cool off at all this is unbearable. 2. The note to not set air conditioning below 72 is not an appropriate condition. This is an indication that the unit needs repair. 3. Every single vent in the house is either broken, missing, or caked in dust. This results in increased inefficiency of the air conditioning. A thorough vent cleaning would help immensely for the main floor cooling. 4. Basement ceiling should be noted in the listing, we had multiple adults over 6’ whom could not stand up. 5. Coffee maker did not work and was full of water. Thankfully I could trade it out so it’s now in the basement and the main floor coffee maker worked. 6. Main floor kitchen faucet is loose. The filtered water spigot does not function properly. 7. Shower curtain stained is an eyesore but also makes one question the cleanliness. 8.One of the bedrooms does not have curtains. A box fan should be found in every bedroom to aid in blocking of the neighbor rooster 9. Door handles need tightening. The screen door is inoperable and safety concern

Perfectly suite for our family and trip
We had 9 people stay here and were totally comfortable. There was more than enough space and having two living room areas was terrific. People could be doing two different things upstairs and downstairs. Everything was clean and comfortable, the location worked well (we were going to a U of U graduation, as well as other SLC spots) and communication with the owner was great. We would stay here again!

Great Stay in Cottonwood
House was in an ideal location for mountains and activities. Big enough to fit 5 adults comfortably in their own beds. 40 minutes from the mountains and 2 blocks from Cotton Bottom! Thurmond (and Caleb) were super responsive and up front throughout the entire process, we had a great time!

Convenient to the Slopes!
Great location to get to the mountains for skiing and snowboarding. We did the park and ride as well as driving direct to the resorts. If you’re a large group, I would recommend putting a reservation in and carpooling vs the UTA shuttle unless you plan to leave by 2:30PM, go midweek, or are willing to close out the mountain at 5 PM. There is a rooster that lives next door so you’ll get that wake up call in a couple of the bedrooms. The other bedrooms, you’ll get the noise from the busier main road of Highland. Sleeping with ear plugs is a must if you’re a light sleeper. There weren’t enough extra blankets which would’ve been handy for downstairs bc that space doesnt heat up well despite all vents open or the upstairs bedrooms. The fireplace upstairs heats up the entire living/dining room well, but doesn’t reach to the 3 bedrooms in the back. There weren’t enough space heaters to use per room at night either… Hot tub was hot and jets worked. Only downside - the “fountain” on one side actually sprays and can get in your face if you’re seated on that side. Not the most relaxing or pleasant to deal with, but still enjoyed the hot tub. The top cover is peeling apart and wood framing above has seen better days. Upstairs bathroom shower handle the hot/cold is reversed… Kitchen knives were not sharp which made cooking a little more difficult. Did not have a cupcake/muffin tin but we bought our own cups/liners and got creative to make our breakfast muffins. 3.5/5 stay!

Nice stay
Clean and comfortable home with plenty of room for our group of 4. Hot tub was an especially welcome amenity. We were not able to log in to the Nest app to turn on the A/C because the login security code went directly to the owner, the only hiccup in our stay and I’m sure that we could have gotten it from him if we wanted it badly enough! Thanks for a great stay.

Great house in a central valley location. Everything was clean and comfortable. I recommend an addition of a patio table with chairs in the back for an outdoor hang out space.
