"My family & I all had a wonderful vacation & very much enjoyed the property. The inside of all 3 units was very clean, the outside trash area needed a cleanup from the previous renters… The only issue we had was the parking as it was not stated that it was on another street, but once that was figured out, it was very easy to get to our vehicles. The back yard, and beach was our favorite part, we also loved being able to walk to all the great restaurants & arcade."

"Great stay! My family and I have been staying at Salisbury beach for 38 years. This year we were unable to get our usual rental so we took a chance on this place. We were not disappointed, so much room and the amenities were perfect. I would go back in a heartbeat :) Absolutely recommend!"

"This house served as a lovely place for our family to gather for a christmas dinner. The house had good amenities. Everyone loved the location and distance to nearby Good Harbor beach was a plus even in the winter cold. local road needs work, cars all bottomed out on the road. Thank you for hospitality. "

"This rental was spacious and very comfortable from the furniture to the beds. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathrooms were stocked with sample sized toiletries. Contact with the owner was promptly returned! "

"We had our annual friends weekend away & Chelsi’s house was the perfect setting for it all! So spacious, there was a room for everyone to do just what they wanted! Pool, hot tub & sauna was a fun added bonus! The theater room was great for the guys who wanted to hang there! Kitchen was really well stocked & had so much room for us all to gather. Beds were comfy & all the linens were cozy too! We had a great time & hope to come back! Thanks Chelsi!"

"This property was gorgeous and much more spacious then the photos made it appear. It was a very comfortable set up to hang out as a group as well as having some space to spread out individually. Great property for a group. Very close to Hammond Castle as well as the train station for a Boston/Salem trip with the group if you didn't want to drive. Only downside, the driveway can be a little tricky to manage at times with it being such a sharp angle off the main road and being kinda steep. If you...

"We had a wonderful stay at this darling cottage. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything you can imagine you would need. Bed was comfortable. There was a neighborhood turkey that was very entertaining. Thank you."

"We have rented this property many times to visit family in Ipswich. We absolutely love it. Clean. Roomy. Light. Convenient. Great communication. Thank you!!"

"This is a nice summer stay. The beach is just across the road (a busy road). It has everything you need. However, as an off season it is not so great. There’s a very good heat pump so being cold was not the issue, it’s the door. Not sealed well so it rattled with the wind and let in cold air. I sealed it with a newspaper to stop the rattle and cold air. The floor is also somewhat slippery when shoes are wet from rain. I all minor when there during the summer. "

"Beautiful, cozy stay near the ocean. Beautiful views a short walk away. Because of the weather we didn't get to use much of the outdoor space, but several nice chairs outside. Felt pretty private, separate entrance from rest of house. The grill was a nice touch, but nowhere to sit and eat inside (other than the bed) so we didn't get a chance to cook. Thanks for the lovely stay!"

"My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property in Hampton Beach. We were able to walk to walk local nara and restaurants. We stayed here in the winter but could imagine it being a very active and fun place to stay in the summer. Micah, the owner, was very responsive!"

"The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach but away from the craziness of the night life. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Mark and their property highly enough.just amazing "

"good hotel for family. big rooms. they gave me the key and there was a guest sleeping in the room already. complaint and they changed the room. Went back to checkin, this time saw a naked man sleeping in the room already. It was traumatisng back ack to the lobby They said sorry, gave some cookies & this time they upgraded to a bigger room! thats it. "

Estadia boa.

"Estadia boa! Hotel bem localizado, fácil de sair para várias direções, Maine, New Hampshire… 45min +-, de Boston, Gloucester, Rokport. Café da manhã basiquinho, bem normal para o padrão de café continental, norte americano. Limpo, confortável, quarto espaçoso. Não gostei de não ter serviço de quarto diário. Conforme nos informaram, eles limpam o quarto a cada três diárias, ficamos 4 diárias, tivemos uma arrumação de quarto quando já estávamos saindo. Ah, também deveriam esquentar um pouquinho mais a piscina, não deu pra entrar, água nem quente nem fria. Para uma temperatura externa de -5o, teria sido bem relaxante uma piscina quentinha depois de um exaustivo dia de passeio na neve!"
