Enjoy country living on the blacktop. Great vistas overlooking
a pond, the river valley, and the city of Salina. Indoor RV hookup available for an extra fee. Close proximity to I-35 & I-70 near Salina, Kansas, just two minutes off of I-70. Starting at $225/night or $200/night for guests staying 1-4 weeks. $150/night for guests staying 45-90 days to include a $50 cleaning fee.

The PERFECT Place to Stay in Salina
This property was a fantastic place to stay and our family wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future. The home was clean, setting was picturesque, and with a location so close to I-70 (while still being a rural, working farm) it cannot be beat.

Beautiful space and views
I was in town for a concert and wanted to stay the night. This was more than I expected. The views of skyline are perfect. The space works for people to have private space as well as community space. I would stay here again.

This place was wonderful! It’s a beautiful location, extremely clean, felt like new, and only 8 min to the Event Center. We got to meet the property manager and owner just by chance and they were great people. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Quick stay in January
Came to town last minute from out of state for a funeral and so happy we found this space! It's just outside of town and has beautiful views of the plains. Roomy, clean and nicely decorated we will definitely try to stay again next time we come to town!!

Amazing property!
We made our first trip to hunt WIHA for pheasant and quail. This property was the perfect set up for us. The house was the perfect place to come back to after a long day hunting to relax. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Rustic Oasis!
Rented for a girls weekend and had a great time! The place is very clean, new and spacious. The front door opens out to a gorgeous view of the countryside, with horses fenced in just yards away. Perfect getaway for a small group, and very quiet. 10/10.

This property is exquisite! Just perfect! The property owner was in contact well before the stay, was very accommodating, and then we arrived…very welcoming, decorated perfectly in every way, every amenity provided for and always felt so comfortable. It’s location is so convenient and the view…so peaceful! Enjoyed coffee on the porch watching their livestock (horses and cattle) and even enjoyed our short visit with them!! This is the perfect place to stay! I want to come back again!

Wonderful Country Property
The Bunkhouse was exactly what we needed! The property was very well-kept, clean and comfortable for our week-long stay with our two dogs. Lots of room to walk them outside, and the view is amazing! Only a short drive into town as well. Highly recommend this property!

Incredible Find in Salina, Kansas
Originally we planned to just stay at a hotel and pass through on our way to Colorado. I am glad I searched Vrbo and found this location first. The land is very well maintained with horses and cattle. The home was comfortable, well maintained, and just the right size for our large family. I think I enjoyed sitting with my wife on the rocking chairs on the patio at night the most. Just a beautiful property and transformed our experience. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful farm house stay
We were absolutely thrilled when we pulled up to this property. The views were spectacular. And there were horses too (we love horses!). The house is amazing. It’s the perfect mix of cozy farm house with modern touches. Wish we could’ve stayed longer (but we were driving from NC to CO). We cannot wait to return.

Hidden Gem
If you are at all passing through Salina and need somewhere to stay for the night this is the place to stay. Such a beautiful home just outside of downtown Salina very manageable driving distance. Very clean and well taken care of. And the view… you just have to see it for yourself.

Rustic Comfort
Great place to stay when traveling from Dallas to Denver. The unit was first class in every way. We enjoyed the upgraded finish-out with modern and rustic charm. The furniture was attractive and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the amazing views from the front porch where you can relax and watch horses, deer, and even wild turkey! Samantha was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our questions. We can't wait to return one day!

Beautiful property. Nice views. Very clean and modern. The showers are awesome. I would love it if there were an outdoor eating area. The only knocking have is that the beds were not the most comfortable. Overall, I would stay here again.
