With its traditional stone structure and stylish, modern interiors this striking property provides a unique holiday experience in the most incredible location. The open-plan house is arranged over three floors, connected with a spiral staircase that ultimately leads up to a small roof terrace where guests will find a well-placed jacuzzi. With a 360-degree, panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding countryside, the terrace provides an enviable sun deck and tranquil retreat.
Inside, the bright and welcoming house has been lovingly finished and tastefully furnished. On the ground floor, the kitchen provides a small dining space and is fitted with; a cooker hob, an oven, a coffee machine, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer. The bedroom and bathroom are situated on the first floor and the living room is on the second floor. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, two comfortable chairs and a flatscreen satellite, smart TV. The kitchen dining area leads out to a stylish alfresco terrace where guests can enjoy a meal cooked on the BBQ.

The property is located in a small resort on the northern coast of Dugi Otok (\"Long Island\") in the Zadar Archipelago of Croatia. Guests will find a grocery store, a bakery, a post office, a restaurant and a bar nearby.
The beautiful island of Dugi Otok is the seventh-largest island in the Adriatic Sea (45 kilometres long) and is known for its crystal-clear waters, secluded coves and lush green landscapes. The main settlements on the island include Sali (a 35-minute drive) and Božava (a 10-minute drive). Traditionally, the economy of Dugi Otok has been based on fishing and agriculture. The islanders are known for producing olive oil, wine, and other local products.
Telascica Nature Park (a 40-minute drive), is located on the southeastern part of the island and is renowned for its dramatic cliffs, saltwater lake and diverse flora and fauna. Those in search of a sunny beach day are spoilt for choice with numerous coves and beaches dotted along the coast, many within a 10-minute drive and the famous Sakarun Beach a 12-minute drive away. The Kornati National Park (a 50-minute drive) known for its numerous islands, clear waters and diverse marine life is also located nearby, guests can take a boat tour to explore this archipelago.
The Island is accessible from the mainland by ferry from Zadar, a city on the mainland. The ferry ride offers stunning views of the Adriatic and takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours to reach Sali, the main port on the island. Zadar has a rich history dating back to ancient times, here guests can visit the charming Old Town with its narrow cobblestone streets, historic buildings, and lively squares, or stroll through the city to discover historical landmarks, medieval churches and markets.
