Lake Keowee, Clemson (12 miles away), pontoon rentals, 3 pools, marinas, nationally recognized 18 hole golf course, fitness facility, tennis, scenic walking trails and pickle ball all in one place! Paddle board or walk to your private beach or relax at one of 3 pools on site. On site fitness facility includes indoor pool, sauna, and hot tubs. Pontoon rentals are $300 full day/$200 half day! $150 weekly boat slip rental!

Family Clemson game
This property was absolutely amazing!! Lots of space, beautifully decorated and the perfect place for our Clemson game weekend! It was close to the university and everything was perfect! We would definitely love to return to this property!!👍

Great spot
Great place, plenty of room, great neighborhood. We were all adults coming in for a football game at Clemson. Easy 20-minute or so drive to campus, but nice and secluded. The clubhouse in the neighborhood was great.

Country Club Like Getaway
Great house that comfortably slept 10! The marinas and beach areas are very nice and kept clean. We only wished we were closer to the marinas to minimize the need to drive within the community.

Nice place
I give this property 4 stars. The beds were comfortable. Place was clean and spacious. The neighborhood was great with great amenities. We rented a boat , enjoyed the beach ,fitness center , shuffleboard and bocce ! My only issues were The couch wasn’t comfortable and the kitchen is very small and not adequately supplied for people like us who like to cook. Other then those small things I would def recommend the property !!

Great Host/ Great Stay
We were satisfied with our stay our Brian’s rental property. Everything we needed was there, from kitchen supplies to bathroom supplies, a grill, extra beach towels, games, etc. The heated toilet seats were the icing on the cake! The only thing I would suggest is spraying for bugs. We had quite a few large roach/water bugs in the top floor bedroom, spiders on the patio, and had to dodge bees at the front door entrance. The house was nice overall though. We had 9 people and everyone was able to sleep comfortably. There is a partial view of a golf course from the rear of the home. The location of the home is about 15 to 20 minutes away from grocery stores and regular restaurants. Brian was available and answered when we called him, and was very nice and helpful each time. He left a bottle of wine and snacks to welcome us there. I also liked the decorations. The chandeliers were cool. It was a great experience renting from Brian. We plan to reach out when we visit Lake Keowee again! Thank you, Brian, for being an excellent host!!

You won't regret this choice !!!
We had family visiting and wanted to show them Lake Joccassee. We needed a big house and this one was perfect. It had absolutely everything we needed. All 5 bedrooms were done beautifully, one bedroom is a loft bedroom so it's open with no privacy which my daughter didn't love but it worked. Beds were comfortable and there were lots of pillows and blankets if you needed more. Bathrooms were probably the nicest I have ever experienced with VRBO including the glow in the dark toilets with warm seats which were pretty cool and I am sure enjoyed more in Winter. There were lots of great smelling toiletries in all the bathrooms, you really didn't need to bring anything with you. We loved the outdoor porches and being out there doing the BBQ was just perfect for us but when it rained what was more fun for both adults and kids was the little games room in the basement which we definitely used. The kitchen had absolutely everything you needed if you chose to cook there, we cooked and baked and honestly there were even some ingredients we didn't need to purchase they were in the pantry. Lovely big stove and fridge and a beautiful large washer and dryer. The resort was great too, we took our own kayaks and SUPs and there were two places to put them in. We didn't have time to use many of the amenities but we did use the indoor pool when it rained which was great and the outdoor pool was great too. It was the perfect vacation, owners were great to deal with too.

Perfect for families
This property was perfect for our family especially with the three bathrooms . Only complaint would be to allow renters to golf without a member present. We definitely would have golfed and did not see many golfers so it would have brought in more money for the golf club. Thanks Brian for quick response to any issues we had

We had an amazing stay at this property! There was so much space, all the beds were comfortable and the toilets with the heated seats were an added bonus!! Our group loved everything about this property and would highly recommend! We will definitely be back! Thanks Brian!

Wonderful Stay
The accommodations were wonderful. The view was spectacular. Our family was able to spend a week of quiet and relaxation. Amenities were very nice and the community was friendly and welcoming.

Clemson Getaway
The property was perfect for a visit to Clemson and family activities. The interior of the property was as described. We spent most of our time in Clemson but did use the bocce courts and the south swimming pool. Both were outstanding. The host provided very nice welcome snacks, wine and coffee. The towels are nice, soft and clean (not cheap thin towels) and there were more than enough for our group. Very nice washer and dryer set in the laundry room. Furniture is nice and not worn out. Loved the main sectional - leather and comfortable! The lowered level game room was a hit. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Nice townhome in a very nice gated community.
We stayed here for Clemson Family Weekend, and overall our stay was enjoyable. Communication with the property manager was very pleasant. The townhome was very clean with very comfortable furniture. And providing some refreshments upon our arrival and coffee for the next morning was very thoughtful. Also, providing the essentials for the showers was a huge plus. The listing needs to be a little more accurate though. VRBO said check-out was 11:00, but the property manager made it clear after we signed up that check-out was at 10:00, and this did not appear negotiable, although we never asked. The townhome sleeps 10, but the kitchen is very small (would be hard to cook for 10) and there is only seating in the dining area for 7 at best. The gated community is nice, however, our tags would not let us in the gate at midnight after the Clemson game and we had to call security. Security did let us into the community no questions asked, but this was very annoying after a very, very long day. Also, the property may only be 12 miles from Clemson, but it takes a good 20 minutes to get there. Lastly, we had some inconsiderate neighbors in the adjoining townhome that watched TV until 4:00AM (walls between the two units could be better insulated), but fortunately not everyone in our party noticed. Overall, this property is probably around a 4.5 out of 5 for us, but we gave it a 5 overall, as a 4 just seemed a little too low.
