This delightful 29 m2 studio offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located on the ground floor.

It is designed with vibrant living and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area, including a sofa bed, where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutleries to make delicious meals.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Note: The apartment is equipped with a gas detector, which guarantees an extra level of safety.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

A good stroll could start in its famous Plaza Mayor; the meeting points par excellence in the city. Enjoying a coffee in the legendary Novelty while looking at its 88 arches or sitting quietly on any of its terraces is highly recommended.

One thing that is certainly no secret is the fantastic cuisine in the city. Its typical products include various cured sausages, ham from Guijuelo, and the popular snack known as 'hornazo,' a pastry filled with egg and other ingredients such as pork loin and chorizo.

When evening comes, the setting sun's light gives the monuments a unique golden hue, thanks to the stone from which they are built. Then, the night-time Salamanca comes into its own, bringing a lively, youthful atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Pº. Doctor Torres de Villarroel (line 37(), is just a 2-minute walk.

Salamanca Airport is a 23-minute drive from the property.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys, or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e., when the sofa bed is not included).
