"The property details were spot on, it was exactly as described. Penny was a great host, quick to respond to questions. She gave us lots of tips on places to visit which we really appreciated. We loved the villa, it was very homely and the two cats were an added bonus. We sat out on the balcony a lot to enjoy the views and made good use of the pool. You definitely need a car here which was fine for us. It was only a 5 minute drive to get croissants in the morning! "

"We really loved our stay here. Firstly the host sent us all the information about the property, the area, activities and restaurants ahead of time which was so helpful. The check in and out was very easy and we always had good communication. The property is as described, and felt like a reach beach oasis, a very short walking distance to a beautiful popular swimming spot. We had a great, relaxing holiday after our wedding in Spain and would highly recommend a stay here"

"We had a lovely time in Simona's villa at the heights of Menton. There is a splendid view of the sea and Cap Martin from the terrace and the perfect pool. We really enjoyed the fact that there is no one overlooking the property and the large grounds. The rooms are spacious and there is also a safe off road carpark. The walk to town is about 10-15 minutes on a steep but well maintain and lit path. We never used the car during our stay, but got a lot of exercise...The villa is in a quiet area but...

"We arrived later than expected. Brigitte Welcome us in the Villa. Give us a short instruction how to find and use equipment in the Villa. We enjoyed the Villa, the Pool and Garden which ist more Like a Park with a lot to explore. Nice Restaurants next to the Villa are available. Who Wish to avoide to Drive to nice for beach visist, a beach called plage de loupe is 25 min away at cagnes de mer. Also Check Out was really good, communication was also really good."
