"Beautiful historic home. Very clean, very comfortable. A/C works great, luxury bedding and inviting front porch to enjoy morning coffee. Host was easy to communicate with and check in/ check out was a breeze. Highly recommend & will stay here again next time we visit Marietta. "

"We love staying right downtown and that's what this apartment was. Convenient parking, comfy bed, nice big shower. We didn't use the kitchen at all. Stairs and a long hallway once you get into the building, but very well lit and safe."

"We had a 4 person motorcycle trip, and this particular venue worked perfect. Right off HWY 7 with ample, flat parking, and quick access to the rooms. The option to add rooms within the same complex was very nice. There was also two fans available in the laundry room to dry out our gear after the long wet ride, and it was much appreciated. Great host, and great location."

"This place is in a quiet location, but not far from major attractions and shopping. Had everything we needed and plenty of space for us to relax and share quality time. The only thing we thought that it needed was a bar in the bathroom for the tub. We are all older - it was a 62, 70 and 80 year old in our group and its tough to get into showers that are in a tub setting. We went to Walmart and got one of the suction cup hand bars and put it on for our use- I needed another one for my house any...

"This was a great property for winding down and staying next to the river in Marietta. We gave this property five stars across the board, except we really wish that you could only access the unit from the inside so that the decks were completely private and no one from the ground (level that is not a guest) can access it. Despite this, we felt completely safe during our stay. highly recommended!"

"The house was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. One other review mentioned a musty or moldy smell - we did not notice that at all, and it rained while we were there. If we are in Marietta again, we would definitely stay here. "

"Searching last minute for a place to stay with the entire family and one that accepts a giant dog is always stressful. Fortunately, I came across the flat on front street and it just so happened to be available, accepting of our dog, and in a perfect location. The entire process was seamless. The apartment was spacious, welcoming, tidy, and close to many unique businesses all within walking distance. The check in and check out processes were thoroughly explained. "Property condition was very accurate to the listing. The check in process was very easy. Communication with the owner was very easy. He reached out to make sure everything was going well. My daughter and I were visiting family and usually stay in a hotel, however I wanted to try something different and I'm glad I did. I will try stay at this property in the future."

"This was a very spacious apartment with windows and full deck access from both the main room and the bedroom. The unit was clean and well-appointed with a large kitchen and main room. It is a short walk to restaurants and about a mile to the charming downtown. The host was very responsive when I reached out. This is one of the nicest VRBOs I've stayed in and I will definitely choose this one again when I'm in the area."

"Robert’s cozy accommodations served as a perfect stay for the Marietta Sternwheeler festival. Quiet property close to town. We would book again if we make it back down to the area.
