"Uncredibly friendly staff."

"A lovely hotel, very relaxed and chilled. Beautiful pool with loungers. We had a balcony overlooking the sea, which was great. Fabulous breakfasts, lots of choices and evening meals were very good. We were very impressed by the staff who were all so friendly and helpful. If we go back to Jersey we’d definitely stay again. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. "The place on the whole was just really nice, all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, credit to the reception staff, the service was impeccable! The breakfast was lovely with a great choice, the bar clean and cosy and added bonus of the upstairs terrace! Food was great too on the couple of occasions we ate there! My room was small but cosy and clean with a comfortable bed so all good! Didn’t get the name of the reception staff but the little one was lovely and helpful in arranging...
