In the heart of Auvergne, on the border between Haute-Loire and Puy-de-Dome, the village of St Beauzire is ideally located. At a place called La Vialette, in a green setting, is the “des Hirondelles” gîte, an old farm building carefully restored and furnished.

Here, everything is entirely designed for your comfort: outside, a large terrace is available as well as a large enclosed grassy courtyard where your children can play in complete peace and quiet, enclosed by walls and a gate. On the interior side, the living rooms are large and fully equipped, the decoration is very careful between modern colors and tastefully restored old furniture.

In direct proximity: The village of Blesle classified as "Most beautiful village in France", the picturesque village of Léotoing, the small town of Brioude, its remarkable basilica and its numerous shops and activities. A little further: 45 minutes away discover the towns of Clermont-Ferrand and Puy-en-Velay, a little over an hour away discover Puy de Sancy, Mont d'Or, or even the town of Aurillac and its famous street arts festival.... Entrance into the gîte is through a large living room equipped with a kitchen and a dining room, on the same floor a beautiful bedroom and a laundry room .

Mid-floor is the bathroom with an efficient layout: single sink unit, shower and WC.

On the first floor is the living room, magnificently lit by a huge bay window, it is also perfectly equipped: Sofas, flat screen TV, numerous board games are at your disposal. Finally 2 full bedrooms on this floor.
