"Loved our stay here. Plenty of room for our family of 6, but not so big that you loose that cozy togetherness feel. Fun games including hoops, workout area, beautiful views; we loved the fireplace and sauna. Easy drive to Hermantown and Duluth too."

"We had 2 families stay, ages 5. The house was great, well appointed with lots of activities. The outdoor hot tub and sauna were fabulous. Snow shoes provided for a nice hike on the lake. Close enough to Duluth, yet a nice peaceful getaway. Would definitely stay again."

"This was our sending time at the yurt. We just love it there. The location is perfect for visiting the bog area. It is so cozy there and the Maley’s are such great hosts. They have added amenities since we were there last March such as an outdoor shower and more power boxes. The only other thing that I could possibly want is a birdfeeder or two that I could view out the window while sitting on the couch. If you are visiting in the winter, slippers would be good to bring as the floor stays...

"Our annual pre-Christmas Ski Trip. Duluth Spirit Mtn this year. Myself and 2 grown children. Love Park Point. Close to Canal Park and all the good stuff Duluth has to offer. We'll be back."

"This home is amazing! It's exactly as advertised and is the cleanest home we've ever rented. The amenities are higher end. The views are incredible. I would definitely recommend this home to others. A small item to take into consideration would be to add a small chair or bench in the entryway to aid in putting shoes on. "

"We brought our families together for a UMD reunion and the house was perfect! We had plenty of space for our group. We loved the location of feeling separate, but yet fairly close to everything. The owners seem to be making enhancements that will make it even better. There was plenty of games, cooking utensils, dishes, etc. Entire process was smooth. We'll be back!"

"Perfect home and location for a weekend away with my teen and two dogs. The cottage was clean and very comfortable. I loved that we could walk to restaurants and the beach. We will definitely return!"

" We truly enjoyed our stay at the North Shore Timber Lodge. Our only regret is that it wasn't longer! There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone, and we were able to cook a delicious Christmas dinner. We would love to come back and take advantage of the beautiful porch, which feels like an additional living area. We liked that we weren't in the middle of Duluth but could reach downtown in just 10 minutes. If you are looking for a unique property, this one will be sure to wow you!"
