Enchanting ✨
We stayed here with 10 adults and 5 children under 11. This house is nothing short of magical, from the moment you pull into the long driveway. The property is just magnificent. The house is charming and perfect for a big group. The grounds are amazing and there is so much to do for everyone. There’s the pool, the barrel hot tub, tennis, basketball, the outdoor movie screen, saunas , pool table, the list just goes on and on. We had the best time, we never had to leave the property! And Michael! What an amazing host, so accommodating and friendly. We absolutely loved everything about our trip here. If you’re thinking of booking this house, let this be your sign to do it!

dream stay - best vibes
Our experience was wonderful! Michael was ultra responsive from the moment we first reached out to book and through our entire stay (I’m talking immediate responses to everything) The check-in was super informative, and quite fun too because Michael has great energy. As for the house, what a labor of love! It is very well kept, and very comfortable to spend time in. There are SO many small details that have been considered, which make your experience better without you even realizing it. The grounds are pretty magical too - stunning garden, trails, tennis court, koi fish pond (with moving water, so no mosquitos), outdoor sauna, teak hot tub, pool… and the list goes on. My kids adventured all over the place every day. The main house is well-stocked (feels like you are staying at an actual person's house, but with zero clutter), and all the rooms are spacious and quite comfortable. The cottage (above garage) is close enough to the house that the person staying there feels they are part of the group, all while having their own space. The whole house feels that way, actually - always connected, but with your own space. It’s also a biohacker’s dream; IR sauna, gym, red light panels, outdoor sauna. Location is almost perfect - 10 mins from ocean, 10 mins from Sag, 6 mins from Bridge, 30 from Amagansett (“almost” bc you do get a few planes that fly overhead sometimes, but not in a bothersome way.) We all agreed that we'd happily come back here any/all the time. Thanks again :)

The house had everything you could need while also being so cozy. We had the best time and I would rent this house again in a heartbeat. Michael was very responsive and always available for anything we needed. I highly recommend staying here with friends and family.

A stunning oasis in Sag Harbor
Absolutely incredible property - stayed here with a group of 17ish friends for a weekend and we were blown away. The grounds are meticulously kept, the pool is stunning, the decoration of the house is impeccable. Michael, the owner, was super responsive and helpful leading up to the stay and during. The house is private and secluded but still within a 10 minute drive to downtown Sag Harbor. Blown away!

5 star beach vacation
Very spacious, quiet and private home in a convenient location. A large variety of amenities make this stay memorable. We especially enjoyed the pool, tennis court, and fully stocked kitchen. Close to the beach and shopping. Michael is an excellent host!

Michael and his home are AMAZING!
This was my first time using Vrbo. Michael was such a wonderful host. He has such infectious energy and was clearly passionate about his home/property. He gave us a thorough tour when we arrived and ensured we were in communication both before and during the trip. He went out of his way to make sure the outdoor seating area was prepared and heated for the winter. The property itself is beautiful. We took advantage of all the amenities, especially the outdoor sauna. We also really appreciated how close the stores and restaurants were to the property. Would 100% come back. It's worth every penny.

Beautiful house, beautiful property
Spent a lovely week at Michael’s house in Sagaponack. Property was gorgeous and there was plenty of space for everyone. We had a hiccup with a leaky hot tub but we worked it out so everyone got their tub time in. I would just recommend a better stocked kitchen. There were 16 of us and 5 coffee mugs. But really, that was the only complaint- pretty minor! Michael was super responsive and helpful. Really loved our time there!

Great stay in Sag Harbour
Michael’s property is exactly as it is listed. Perfect location to visit all the great locations in The Hamptons. 5 minute drive from the main area in Sag Harbour and very close to East Hampton. We were a large group of family with children and they all had a great time. The pool is massive, hot tub is real cedar and great after a day at the beach. We went to A public beach club in Montauk a few times while there and travel was easy. Great shops and restaurants both in East Hampton and Sag Harbour that we just ubered to. This will be our go to place when visiting The Hamptons from now on.

Incredible Property
Hosted a company retreat with 12 guests. Absolutely amazing property. Backyard and amenities are all you could ask for. Dual grill + huge kitchen makes cooking for a large group easy. Micheal is a great host - highly communicative and accommodating. Nothing to complain about.

I took my daughter and a few of her friends to celebrate her birthday for the week. They had a great time and enjoyed all the things available on the property. Would definitely go back again when the pool is open.

Words can’t describe!!!
We stayed at this property for my wife’s birthday with some friends. The online pictures don’t do it justice. Not only is it a magnificent property but every detail of the house is fantastic. A little snow created the perfect winter wonderland. The sauna was amazing and the hot tub was fantastic and the fire pit and fireplaces were cranking all day long. We can’t wait to be back at some point in the future. Can only imagine what this property offers in the summer!!! The host, Michael, was gracious, respectful, and in touch with all our needs and willing to accommodate in any way!!! The best “rental” experiences we have ever had!!
