Fully fenced, the beautifully landscaped yard offers a lush outdoor oasis with plenty of room for the kids and dogs to run and play while you cook out on the charcoal grill.

Step inside to find a welcoming open living area and a well-equipped kitchen outfitted with a full suite of appliances. Comfort awaits in each well-appointed bedroom. The primary suite, in particular, wows with a cozy gas fireplace and a spa-like bathroom - complete with a soaking tub, a separate shower with dual showerheads, and a double vanity.

Your home is close to shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. A park with a playground is within walking distance. Other nearby attractions include American River Parkway and bike trails (2.5 miles), American River College (2 miles), and Sacramento State University (7 miles).

House Rules
The gas fireplace is available for guest use; however, the wood-burning fireplace is not operable.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Security camera details: One is at the driveway, one is on the front porch, and one is facing the backyard (positioned away from the patio).



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
